This office has inaccurately charted my daughters inoculations and as a result is unsure of which vaccines she has received.This in extremely unprofessional and downright negligent.In addition to this review, I will also be filing a report with the CPSO.

I left my appointment overall feeling very defeated and let down. My visit with Dr. Amuthan felt very rushed and her attitude towards me felt very hostile and unwelcoming making me feel as though I was a burden.As for the front desk - when calling back a week later upon not receiving any news from my latest appointment, which from my understanding I didn’t need to, I took matters into my own hands and followed up with them. Upon doing so I was told my doctor had nothing written down for them to review and that I should call back within a couple days to check for updates. In this situation if there are any updates on their end which I’m not aware of then it should be them calling me and not the other way around especially when I assumed everything was all sorted out.If anyone is looking for a new GP I recommend not going with Dr. Amuthan or better yet look for a new clinic overall.

Dr. Sjodin has been my doctor for over 25 years and last week I went for a complete physical with her replacement and I won't be going back. Dr. Lee needs to learn that you don't leave people waiting for 35 mins and then tell them you don't have time for them and then don't complete the physical I made the appointment for which should have taken 30mins, I was with her for maybe 10 mins.. I paid for the 407 so I wouldn't be late and then waited for 35 mins. My questions were met with deflective answers, really does not have a bedside manner at all. I'm afraid all of Dr. Sjodins patients are going to look elsewhere for the compassion and patience that Astrid had. ASTRID, your shoes cannot be filled.

Love the doctors but the receptionist area needs an overhaul, long hold times , dropped call queues in 2022.....wild. please bring back portal to manage appointments because calling in not fun.Last time I called while sitting in reception area and got staff are currently busy assisting customers...... " I was literally alone and two people were available at desk......... do better."

Probably the worst medical care experience I've ever had. I would describe them as unprofessional, irresponsible and unwilling to help. I would love to switch to a different provider if only I could find a place who is accepting new patients.

I been there in March 2023, the desk Staff are friendly and professional. My new family Dr. Victoria Au is nice and patience.

Dr. Astrid Sjodin has been my family physician for more than 20 years. She and her staff have always provided exemplary service. My family and I have have been so fortunate to have Dr.Sjodin go above and beyond to ensure our family has been looked after. She has referred us to excellent Specialists as well.

The receptionist are terrible, you can't get an answer from them and when you do it's already too late or it's something ridiculous. I tired to make an over the phone appointment with Dr Peter and said he is available to do so at my last appointment with him couple weeks ago, the receptionist said it wasn't possible and said I have to go in person. I replied I have no way on getting there because of a fractured foot and then proceed to ask me to drive there with the foot. Roseanne the receptionist should not be in the field at giving bad advice and services and this was not the first encounter with her over the phone. The doctors are good but front desk are terrible, you're better luck at finding a need clinics due to the lack of service of the front desk.They should hire better one in order to keep patients.

A great doctors office with a friendly staff. Dr. Yee is a kind and caring doctor. She takes the time to listen and answer all your questions.
