Had great service from June 2015 until April 2020, then all of sudden they disappeared without notice with my order partially shipped and fully paid for. Not sure what happened.

Scam alert. Don't waste your money. I had partially great experience last year when I bought my epson printer and labels. They partially shipped my label until I called severally. Last week I placed an order which worths over $484. All of a sudden this company disappeared. They are not responding to calls or email. They are still running Ads to bring more victims to their site. Beware, OptimediaLabs may be out of business. Save yourself the headache. I will update this review when I hear back from them. For now it is close to 7 days, they are not responding or picking calls. I can't believe a company of this type still exists. Pathetic. I don't leave a lot of review on Google but when I leave one, take it from me.

Fine products, but ABISMAL customer service. I've tried calling, emailing, and chatting on the website, and have not gotten an answer since placing an order over 3 months ago, despite receiving an invoice. Never able to speak to a human being, or even get an automated response, which is extremely frustrating. Pretty sure they took my money and ran. DO NOT purchase from them.

Was in the market for a label printer and had no idea where to start. OptimediaLabs informed me with everything I needed and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Scam. No longer answering phone calls or emails. My small business has lost $200 because they are still accepting payments but won’t send your order.

parts took too long to ship then when I needed to cancel due to the time it took to ship, they shipped anyway and will not issue credit or take your phone call. I strongly suggest using these as an absolute last resort. Very frustrating to deal with.
