Keri Daye Coaching
Through Keri's coaching sessions, I have learned the necessary tools in just one month to take daily steps, reprogram my subconscious mind, and heal from my past, and traumas. I have already noticed positive shifts in my behavior and choices. I feel so good, I find myself bursting into dance and song. I am seeing myself differently and feeling more positive about myself than I have in a long time.

Keri is very knowledgeable and educated about trauma. She helped me really understand trauma and how to support loved ones who've experienced it. She is a very hard worker and puts a lot of time and energy in to her work. She is also very passionate about helping others and I highly recommend her.
