They need changing to do, I was treated badly in that building multiple times by Social Workers (CPS) which, they shouldn't even be stealing children just for a pay check. You can't really count on anyone in that building. Its getting old.

I've received almost nothing but helpful service and compared to other parts of the country, or this province even, they're doing a good job.

Horrible Service! i just finished my courses in university (april) and i’ve been searching for a new job since january. i’ve had two jobs out here and i Asked for social assistance and i got denied because i received a student loan. It makes no sense considering all that money went to my school and i seen none of it.

You try to take away a person‘s dignity when you’re there to help you need to be retrained. Because professional Income assistant employee’s shouldn’t be making accounting errors Every month. You’re causing the client unnecessary grief by messing up their income every month, why would you care I’m sure you have enough money to buy food and eat properly. I wonder if your supervisor knows how bad the staff is at accounting,. You have no empathy for Client’s having Injuries and income difficulties, Because you’ Continually deprive Your clients with lack of Resources.. Don’t ask your Income worker questions, they will accuse you of yelling when you’re not, so they can shut you down In the Conversation because they don’t want to answer the questions. This is a human’s worst nightmare to get mixed up with income assistance because they are so far into your business you feel like you have no privacy. It’s like they take away your human rights. Don’t let them tell you that you’re like everybody else because you’re not we are all individuals with different circumstances. Income assistance you make people and families feel worse instead of feeling better.

This company is completely unorganized. How do you loose sheets with personal information on it and have the oddasity not to tell the client until they call back to remind you they haven't heard anything back from your company in a month. Unbelievable. For a pregnant mother to be this is just sressfull at this point.
