Worst experience and spend more than 10k in that store in a day. Purchased one marble table for my living room and out no where in 7 months it cracked in the middle. They never helped me with a replacement of the marble, or gift card so I could purchase a new table. The table was purchased for 380$ and now is selling for more than 420$. I will never buy nothing from again. Very disappointed as a customer and even if I had a warranty they told me they will not cover that. So people don’t waste your money to buy warranty’s they just take the money for no reason.

My husband and I bought a beautiful sofa bed and love seat from the Woodstock store. David was friendly and very helpful in helping us to decide. Can't wait to get it delivered and decorate our new look in our living room.

Unfortunately had to deal with a guy named Roger owner " who felt he was more important than his customers... So I went to another store where they treat you like a human... I feel roger makes sales based on lies .. asked for an explanation and none was given.."

We were in today and we’re greeted by Sal to help us find a bedroom set for our daughter. He was very professional and not pushy at all he answered all our questions we had. In the end we are very happy with our purchase we got a great deal too can’t beat that.

We went in looking for pillows. We both have neck issues and have to be selective when choosing pillows. We were treated with professionalism and patience as we tried out a variety of different types. The customer service representative was very helpful explaining the difference in the pillows and what would suit our needs best. She was very helpful and attentive. We purchased two, and are happy customers!

We have purchased a Television, Lazy Boy furniture and a Kingsdown mattress set. We are very happy with our purchases. Our mattress set was not as we expected and they promptly replaced it with a plush model. Our Lazy Boy love seat and recliner are awesome

They kept me informed about delivery times and i received it earlier then expected. Thank you for that. I love my sofa bed and very comfortable not to firm and not to soft. The fabric feels great.
