I have so appreciated being part of the St. Andrew's community for the past thirty. I feel at home. Fantastic children's and youth programs that are inclusive, inspiring and fun. Worship services are uplifting and relevant. I look forward to welcoming newcomers to this sacred space.

I recently discovered that this church holds a free half hour concert each WEDNESDAY, 12:15 - 12:45. They also serve the cutest lunch ever for a real cheap price. You can even BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH... can u believe that?

I have been attending St. Andrews Presbyterian Church for a number of years and always love the services. My parents got married here and have very fond memories being members. Themed family nights, discussion groups, youth groups and an auction are just a few of the events the church is running right now. Each of the Sunday school rooms are totally redone, painted and refurnished and some of the hallways on the upper level of the Church are painted with animals from Noah's Ark.Reverend Dr. J. Mark Lewis and Reverend Greg Smith always make the services meaningful, and I am always looking forward to attending the church because of it. I particularly enjoyed the Holy week services they lead this year. They were very peaceful, and I enjoyed the foot washing ceremony that was lead by Rev. Greg. There was also a replica Labyrinth during holy week and it was very relaxing.Rev. Mark Leads is leading a discussion group right now about Science and Religion and the lectures are incredibly interesting. I have also met members of other congregations at the meetings, and it was so nice to socialize with people from other churches. The St. Andrews orchestra on Good Friday complimented the service perfectly, and the sanctuary choir that sings every week is incredibly talented. Douglas Haas, the Director, runs an excellent music program that I look forward to listening to every Sunday.Lauren Wasyluk, runs the Christian Education Program, and uses movies, powerpoint and a discussion from Whirl Christian Education to teach Sunday school. The Sunday School rooms also have crafts, a Wii and even a small jungle gym inside the Sunday School room to make learning fun.Mike Wasyluk, the Youth and Young Adult leader is amazing, and makes every Bible study interesting and fun, and answers many of the questions young adults wonder about when discussing passages from the Bible. The young adult group will be attending Crieff retreat this year at the end of April and I am really looking forward to it!The office staff at the church are very helpful, and Shelley Wiens, the office coordinator is amazing. When ever I am in the office I am welcomed and helped immediately I appreciated this greatly. The Church is always very clean, and the head caretaker, James Sprung has always gone out of his way to help me whenever I needed something. He always knows whats going on in the Church and was incredibly helpful when I needed to get somewhere in a hurry.

I was so happy to find out the Noon hour concerts are available on Youtube. Before Covid, we (my coworkers) would regularly bring the people we support to enjoy the concerts. We have been offering a virtual day program to them for about a year and half, and we are so glad we can bring this experience to them in their homes through a digital format until our regular outings can resume. The people we support love music and the noon hour concerts provide an amazing verity of different types. I struggled a bit to find the videos on Youtube, but the office staff returned my email same day with a direct link and explained they're in the process of switching over to a new website! Great experience. Thank You from all of us.

St. Andrew's Presbyterian church is not only a place that strives to make everyone feel welcome, it is full of helpful folks who are genuinely interested in community involvement. Many initiatives and programs are being offered to engage families, not only in faith based activities, but in all aspects of activism inclusiveness and fun. The many volunteers go above and beyond to help things run smoothly and new ideas are always welcome. Their online presence is continually growing which makes finding information and resources incredibly easy. They have a lot to offer, there is something for everyone!
