I am in total Awh with my experience. I was having major issues with my sciatica. Which I have tried countless things Chirporactic, massage, physio, muscle relaxers, etc. I was told by some people to try Osteopathy. I had never heard of this before so thought mine as well give it a try. I was recommended to go see Patrick at Zen Wellness Clinic. I woke up this morning 90% better, and can fully walk. I am still in shock that something actually worked and this fast. I almost can't believe it. So thankful to Zen Wellness, and Patrick of course for making me better. :) One happy customer.

I had a 1hr massage at here on July 18th. My experience wasn't very good, so I'm going to leave the name of the RMT out of this review unless they contact me. The place is very clean and the receptionist along with the RMT were very polite and professional. Shortly after my massage started I asked if I could get more pressure as it really felt more like a wipe down and not a massage. I never noticed much difference, so a short while after I asked again for more pressure and I got more pressure on literally one spot, then it was back to the same. At that point I assumed perhaps because my appointment was in the middle of the day, she may have been tired, so I didn't bother to say anything else. I've received massages lots of times throughout my life and when I book for an hour I always get my full body done. This time, not only did I not receive any treatment on my quads, but I specifically asked for treatment to be done to my head because I experience headaches and the closest she got was my neck and shoulders, then the session was over. My head or temples were not touched once and I had put that on the form you fill out and verbally told the RMT before we started and during the massage. It sucks to not have much good to say about the actual massage itself because as I mentioned she was very polite and made good small talk without talking too much. After the massage was done she never asked if I wanted to book a follow-up session, even though she said I won't notice much difference after only one treatment (I would have said no anyway). I reached out to Zen because the place I normally go was booked up, but literally as soon as my session was done I called the place I had gone to previously and made an appointment. That's how disappointed I was.If you decide to book with an RMT here, please be super clear on what you want done and perhaps ask them to complete what you were paying for before leaving. I'm sure this place isn't that bad, just my experience was.UPDATE AFTER SPEAKINGTO OWNER:I'm updating this review based on the Owner reaching out to me via telephone to address the situation and take accountability. As such, I changed what was a 2 star experience to a 4 star. This business definitely cares about their customers satisfaction and quite frankly I'm glad that the owner, is a business owner in the community that Iive in. I hope this review helps you decide to visit Zen because I would visit them again.

I had my first ever experience at Zen a month ago. My RMT, Annelie was incredibly kind and knowledgable. She made me feel relaxed and targeted all areas of concern. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make me feel special on my first visit! Thanks again Annelie! I also have to say the clinic was clean and well- maintained. Great experience. Can’t recommend enough.

Love the ambiance of this place, everything is spotless, tasteful and well organized. I've seen several ladies and everyone is lovely and professional. They also offer so many different services, it's my one stop shop for wellness appointments. Would highly recommend!

Been going here for a year now and Samantha is amazing. Always feel like I can do anything after my massage and put me in such a relaxing mood. great way to de-stress, couldn't recommend enough. Everyone is so nice and feels like I'm the only person there most times which is great!

I had 1hr massage booked on 16th January 2023 and my experience wasn’t so great. The RMT doing my massage was at the reception and without any greet or small talk she complained about how the online form wasn’t filled since it was my first time here. We went straight to the room and I told her my back needs focus but she said she can do full body which wasn’t necessary but I went ahead with it. The massage overall wasn’t so great compared to the past massages I’ve had, I felt like I was being rushed from one part to another since I was 15 mins late and we had only 45 mins for the massage (I was charged for the full hour, $115). After the massage I asked if she can submit to my insurance but she said they don’t do that and sent me a receipt online. Upon leaving the place a few other RMT’s had come to the reception and none of them acknowledged me and when I said “thank you, have a nice rest of the day”, I was ignored and not responded to but any of them including my own therapist. It felt like them doing me a favour that I booked with them; anyway probably not be going there again, I booked with them because my back was hurting a lot. Won’t be going there again!!EDITING my message after reading response.It’s very unfortunate that the customer itself have to tell a business about customer service. One doesn’t need an hour to make small talk or to make a relationship with a customer, especially new customer. Coming back to “patients who call in to inquire”, I did call on 9th January at 5 PM and it was not answered with no call back, just a message that said please go online and book your appointment. Lastly, coming back to customer service; I would understand the “commotion of a busy front desk” but unfortunately that wasn’t the case, there were around 5 RMT’s lingering around and one other patient who was also leaving. Anyway thanks for the reply hope ZEN can work on building relationships and maintaining good customer service especially now with a new massage place on every intersection. Thanks and Goodluck !!
