Been practicing Kyokoshin here for only few weeks and it has become one of my favorite places to be at. Classes are held in safe and engaging manner. I get to push my boundaries in every class and improve my physical and mental state.

I really enjoy attending classes here with Shihan Laurier. He teaches in English and French. The group is very welcoming and has a great community feel. I look forward to each class!

I started my training as a beginner almost a decade ago with Shihan Laurier and Kyokushin Ottawa and my health has benefitted immensely from it —physically and mentally. We are always learning, growing, and treated with respect. We are pushed forward —each at our own limits— and made to be the best version of ourselves. I benefit body and mind from every class I attend, and this is why I go to all of them. Highly recommend whether beginner or advanced, and hope to see anyone else interested soon too.

I just returned after the pandemic and it feels as if I never left. This group is great and every class I learn something new. I really get to test my limits and learn to improve my techniques. Shihan Gaudreault is an amazing teacher and it really reflects in his Training. I am blessed to have such an amazing school here in Ottawa!! OSU!!

I've been attending Shihan Laurier's classes for 10 years now and have progressed immensely from when I started to now. Going to these classes is a guaranteed way to get you into shape in terms of cardio and pushing you to your limits, while also learning a lot about self-defense and fighting strategies.
