They took the bin without notice my contractors, they just worked inside the house.and the glass just fell down and all over on the ground, bad services!

response to the owner : You literally did nothing about it. Don't try to cover this up with your response. You guys like to lie and cheat and the reviews reflect it.SCAM.Bin arrived later than scheduled . Arrived with garbage inside already, which we didn’t even call to complain about because we were told 1.4 tons was included in the $290 price and we knew we wouldn’t exceed that.Sure enough we felt that we were ripped off when the invoice came . Double what was promised to us . There’s no way we exceeded 1.4 tons . 2800 pounds to be precise. We know exactly what we put inside and we only ordered a bin for convenience of not having to drive to the dump.Certainly my crew and I will not be using dump squad every again.

As a designer, time and budget are of the utmost importance during a client’s renovation. From first contact Rob was very responsive and professional when answering my questions regarding bin rental. Drop off and pickup of bin was timely and without issue. Pricing was great and accurate to quote. The security deposit was also promptly refunded. I will not hesitate to rent from and refer Dump Squad in the future.

Rob was very easy to deal with and honest about their pricing. The bin was delivered on time and we even got a few extra days of rental when asked for it which allowed us to finish our project and have the bin there. They are very professional and upfront about the cost and they don't try to charge you extra after the fact (beware, a lot of bin rental companies try to do that) Dump squad is professional, efficient and very reasonable cost , Will call them again in the future for sure
