Associate greeting us upon arrival .He made himself readily available to us and was very professional and friendly.We purchased a pair of Airwalk HARDIE Chelsey boots (Dr.Martins).Great assortment of colors ,sizes and were reasonably priced.($160).Covid practises were in place which made it a safe shopping experience.Would DEFINATELY shop here again !

Friendly service but sales people could work a little harder. Poor product knowledge which speaks to incomplete training and poor management.Although they have a lot merchandise some of it seems just for show as they often do not have more than one rung of shoe sizes in a particular style so you cannot get the size you need or want which reflect a lack of depth.Shoes are high quality but not always available and what they claim is a sale price is often their actual price point or a promotion price they've kept and extended into a different promotion which is deceptive and not quite honest. For the lack of transparency and honest dealing as well as the inconsistent customer service I rate this store 3 star.

A thing of the past but customer service is alive, well, and much needed when shoe shopping! They carry tough to find brands, smaller sizes, high quality, including Sorel, recommended by my Physiotherapist, which are harder to find! Lower prices than SportChek, better brands, greater selection, superior customer service. I want to drop money on footwear and other stores ignore me. Not at SoftMoc!! So I bought two instead of one!

Walked in to buy new boots today and was not greeted by one person.Had to go over and ask for assistance. When I did, the girl seemed annoyed I asked for a size then handed me my boots and walked away.There was 3 of them and listened to them talking about manicures. NOT ONE OF THEM CHECKED ON ME!When I was cashing out, they asked who helped me and told them no one really. Was handed my stuff and then ignored.I was the only customer and did not being told “sorry we were busy” as a reasoning.

Bought mens sandals and tried them on at home. There were very uncomfortable. We live about an hour away, so the next time we went to London, we took them back. 3 days passed the return date, so had to take a store credit. Don't know when we'll use it, don't really want to shop there now. Besides, the three sale poeple (2 first visit and 1 today) were not helpful at all.

By far the most difficult and condescending assistant manager I’ve experienced. Normally would never waste my time with a review but was just shocked at the AGM ignorance.Was told by Masonville location white oaks location had a size of shoes I wanted to buy for my mother. They called but it’s the holidays so it’s tough to answer the telephone.When I arrived kaitlyn the AGM was clearly irritated but it’s the holiday shopping,it’s probably been long day.I asked if the shoes were available, she responded let me check, they weren’t I said I “oh are you sure I just came from the other location, they instructed us to come here”she responds ignorantly“Can’t you see we are busy and rolls her eyes”I replied “yes of course I understand I was just told they were here you don’t need to speak to me like that.” She continued to be rude to the point my husband asked her if she could please calm down we simply came to get a pair of shoes, she began shaking and looked as if she was going to cry and told us if we didn’t leave we would be escorted out. We left quietly and her coworker was snickering short dark haired student”I’m a business owner completely shocked that a person of management would conduct themselves like this over a simply inquiry over a pair of shoes.It’s the holidays it’s expected to be busy but unfortunately this was completely uncalled for. I would never allow my employees to represent a brand behaving in this manor. By far worst experience in any retail chain I’ve ever experienced.Highly recommend owners review the footage.

Prices were good, but staff didn't speak to us when we entered the store, there were 3 employees there at the time (2 men out front and a woman in the back room), with our group of 3 being the only customers. My daughter had to approach the till each time she wanted to try shoes. She only ended up trying two pairs as one model was out of stock in her size, and did make a $124 purchase... Staff were friendly when spoken to, but not at all efficient when assisting customers.

Terrible. Came In Today needing dress shoes. The store is packed and the workers are all standing behind the counter talking. No one was greeting anyone and no one was helping. If you don’t want to bother selling shoes why are you even open. We went to a different store and got service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. I used to love this store. The other day I went in. There was 3 sales ladies and all 3 didn't offer any help. They all literally ignored me. I wanted a supportive pair of shoes for work and when I asked for help not 1 of them knew what they were talking about and had no idea. So sad that this store has gone down hill. I walked out and spent my money somewhere else.

I simply walked into the store today at white oaks mall and the young lady employee who had dark brown hair & brown eyes greeted me with annoyance when I was just trying to find some shoes for myself. I explained my health issues and she ignored what I said, talking over me and gave me dirty looks. I was discriminated against as a person with health problems. You guys need to look into this so these situations don't happen again.
