Ismael Lali the maintenance rep from Enercare arrived on time and was extremely efficient and professional. He was able to identify the issue with my A/C and contacted the company immediately for further analysis and repair by technician must qualified for that particular issue.I am very pleased with the outcome and would refer to neighbors and friends.

Our water heater just broke down. Our technician Raj Marharu, not only arrived on time and explain to us our options for water heaters. We decided to rent a larger water heater for our household versus a tank less water heater. We were able to install a new water heater same day. Thank you Raj for all of your advice and awesome customer service.

D Boyce was professional and did a great job to fix my furnace during a very cold day in February. The booking process could have been better. I had to spend a day without heat. Didn't make sense to send the first tech with heaters, why not just fix this issue on the first visit?

Ajay Bhanga came to my home because my furnace was not working, therefore, no air conditioning during these hot days.Within a short time he diagnosed the problem. Aaron and Adam arrived right on time, were friendly and introduced themselves, reviewed the work to be done and got right to work. Any problems that arose were handled quickly, professionally and confirmed the work to be done. The entire team which also included John were excellent and even the salesman, Brian, was there. Brian made sure we understood the whole process and was an amazing person to deal with. The whole team were pros at what they did and were very personable. What a great team they made. The job, which included the Heat pump and furnace replacement, was completed an hour before the estimated time. Quite a team, well done Enercare.

Water heater stopped working on the Friday night of the long weekend. Saturday morning I was able to make an appointment for that same afternoon.Service tech David Quevedo came right on time and even called 15min before hand to let me know he was near by.David diagnosed the problem very quickly as the pilot sensor and the pressure valve. He had parts on hand to fix the problems.Very fast and professional worker. He left the work area completely clean of garbage unlike other repair people I've dealt with in the past.Amazing Service
