The most unprofessional Company. I was told to contact a gentleman for a pool heater cleaning and I had to chase him via text for 2 weeks just to then dodge my last few texts instead of simply telling me he can't do it.

Cold Air has been maintaining my restaurant equipment and HVAC for years. At first I was upset as it cost a lot of money to get things in order. They had to undo a lot of poorly done repairs by other companies (cheaper options). Since then they seem to come around once to twice a year. The repair is generally pretty reasonable. The moral of the story is that it costs money to get things done right, but saves money in the long run. Now the services are reasonably cheap, and everything works properly . The techs generally show up same day. If you're trying to save some money, try to make it to Monday to Friday business hours so that you don't pay any after hours fees.

Les gars de Coldair (Sébastien et son collègue) ont fait du très bon travail pour remettre un comptoir réfrigéré usagé en état de fonctionner. En tant que petite entreprise, ce comptoir est hyper important pour nous et ils ont clairement pris le temps de faire ce qu'il fallait avec le sourire en plus! Fortement conseillés. / The guys from Coldair (Sébastien and his colleague) did solid work to get a used refrigerated counter working again. As a small business, that counter is extremely important to us and they clearly took the time to do what was needed, with a smile on top of that! Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional don't know how to do math lady says one price the tecnition puts more then wat the lady said then wen it got to the total his math didnt even add up it was way more then wat it should of been called to speak to manager they totally sluffed it off said the owner will call us back been over a month still no call highly do not recomend this company to anyone bunch of scammers

Would give zero if I could. This place is full of crooks. Technicians swear on site and never seem to fix problems. Very poor workmanship
