When I reached out to Resolute, it was because I was at my breaking point. I had been fighting my insurance for a year already, to be paid my LTD benefits. The stress of fighting the insurance company exacerbated my condition to a point where I was begging my doctors to help ease some of the pain and discomfort from how rapidly it was progressing.Resolute took all that stess off my shoulders. They took it all over, collected all the necessary information and made a point to check in every few weeks to update me on their progress. I became unwell about 6 years ago at which time I had to take both short term, and then long term leave. It was a stressful and emotional time for me. Filling out the LTD forms was daunting as this was totally new to me. I sought out help from Resolute Legal. They offered me a lot of guidance … free books and free webinars. They will also provide a free consultation.With their free help, I was able to fill out all the forms and have my LTD application approved the first time (no denials, no appeals). David Brennan, the owner/founder lawyer, is smart, personable, generous with information, and demonstrates a high degree of integrity and trustworthiness. He is formally from the medical profession, and then became a lawyer ... he truly seems to care about the people he helps and represents.I was able to get approved on LTD/CPP-D, and fill my update forms with the guidance of this firm. The books and webinars contained tips on providing information to the insurer which I would not have thought of myself. I hope not to need legal representation in the future, but if I do, David Brannen’s firm will be my first phone call. Thank you David and staff. When I contacted Resolute Legal, I didn’t have much hope left in regards to my disability and receiving support. I’m an extremely anxious person, but the communication and support that I received was amazing. I always felt in the loop, and checked up on.
