Lovely spacious atmosphere in the store, very pleasant shopping experience. Staff helped us with the tights we were looking for and had all the options and sizes available for us very quickly. Will definitely be coming back for our next set of ballet shoes!

My experience with this place has been absolutely horrible. I asked for one item, and the girl at the register put absolutely wrong one in my bag. When at home I realized it was wrong, I went back in hopes to exchange it, and they refused it saying it was totally my fault for not checking it!The manager did not even have respect to come out to talk to me about this issue even though I was waiting for her for 30 min. They also made me come back twice as they needed to view their audio recording to see if I did in fact asked for this particular item!!!I called them back to speak with the manager and from the very 1st second she made me feel like I'm a total fool. She literally yelled at me on the phone and didn't even let me finish my sentences.Her staff's mistake now costed me twice as much, and this is knowing that I've been their customer for many years - that's how they treat their returning customers.Absolutely horrible service and the manager.

Extremely disappointed both times I've visited the store, they also have a horrible exchange policy. My daughter only tried on a pair of tights to find out they're too small and they wouldn't exchange. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. I will never go back to this store.

One of the Best Original Children Clothing Stores in the Montreal area. Back to school uniforms, suits, well priced. Most important, it's a family-owned business. Staff is friendly and courteous. Highly-recommend.

Not only was the shipping fast for my online purchase, but they were prompt with responding to emails with questions about their products and went above and beyond to assist with providing products when some items were out of stock. I cannot say enough about Maple Academy of Dance! Our family has been with the studio since 2006 and have had all three of our girls attend for their dance education. They have formed many strong bonds, lasting frienships and pushed themselves to be the best that they can be thanks to the many wonderful teachers that teach there. The teachers and studio director are fabulous and honestly teach with their hearts. They care about all the students and push them to reach their maximum potential not only as dancers but as people as well. I couldn't be happier! If you want the best in dance education and another home for your child- you need not look any further!
