Stevie hit the ground running when we decided to start looking for our family home. She was so knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, and gave us realistic expectations of the current market and what the process was likely to look at. The first house she sent us to ended up being exactly what we were looking for! Even with steep competition and multiple offers, Stevie was able to talk us through what we needed to do to in order to be top contenders, and she was absolutely right, our offer was accepted and we got the house of our dreams on the first try! I cannot recommend her enough!
