When we walked onto the lot of Galaxy, I had no intention of actually purchasing a unit. I was there to look, and get ideas of what I might want in the future. Cowboy Jim came in on his day off, on his own time to show us around! His calm, kind demeanor and knowledgeable guidance made me comfortable and with the fact that Galaxy isn't pushy to sell I ended up finding a unit that we simply couldn't pass up.He helped with negotiations and got us a great trailer that our family is going to enjoy for a very long time!The whole team at Galaxy rallied and had our trailer ready for our very first camping trip in such a short amount of time it made my head spin! We are SO thankful for such an incredible team of people who care so much for their clients! My parents bought a new Coachman Apex RV trailer from Galaxy RV and we went up to Sointula to try it out. Fabulous quality trailer, I slept great on the pullout couch, and the dealership were great to deal with as they resolved some issues competently and made sure we were happy. I recommend a visit to Galaxy RV as it sure made us happy!!

When you're looking for a reliable and conscientious dealership, we'd definately recommend looking at the trailers here and getting some knowledgeable guidance, knowing that if something does go wrong this dealership puts themselves on the side of the consumer... This place is full of lies and horrible service. I dropped my RV off on June 14th with a list of things needed for a very important trip on June 28th. I was adamant about the importance of this deadline to which i was ensured the safety concerns would all be met and ready by or before this date. On June 26th almost 2 weeks later i get a call saying they seemed to have lost some very important wheel posts and they would have to order more in and it wouldn't be ready by the 28th. I couldn't believe this!! I took a day and found the posts they needed and brought them in since they couldn't (wouldn't) do the leg work. I then asked how much of the list of items had they finished in this time to which they replied, zero as the RV was on blocks for two weeks" I was so shocked that nothing had been done that i told them this was unacceptable and i would never bring my business to them again. I was met with rudeness and told they would return the parts i needed. When i showed up to take my RV home the manager told me that the staff was misinformed and that he was in the hospital due to and unknown reason so they had actually in fact done work over the last two weeks. This was a lie as i know 2 of the staff very well (this information he was unaware of) and they told me it was all rushed last night and that morning and that he was lieing to my face. He also told me the locking system was brand new (which they charged me for) even tho i knew it wasnt and the key that didn't work before still didnt work...it was the exact same one

We just purchased our first time trailer from Galaxy RV-Victoria and our experience was very good. As a beginner how to know all features and operations been explained very well. My husband is super pleased with the technical advice. Cowboy Jim went above and beyond to make sure my husband is comfortable to drive the trailer back home. We probably will use this trailer for camping next year so at this time we can't comment about the trailer performance but our business deal with Galaxy RV and Cowboy Jim was transparent and flawless.

Never had a more pleasant experience dealing with sales people. Salesman Steven and general manager, Micheal were amazing. I've had many bad experiences, especially with managers when buying vehicles but all good here! Within a month my furnace stopped working, I bought an older trailer and didn't have an extended warranty. I stopped in after my camping trip and they are going to fix it! Quite impressed with all of the service I have received. Highly recommend.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to look at the shadow cruiser. I saw so many deficiencies,I decided to look at others .Like screws sticking out of the side walls ,how does that pass any inspection .I didn't know they were going to charge me 1000$ dollars to seal the top with blobs of white foam so it doesnt leak on you. That is the norm everywhere. I knew I was buying a glorified cardboard box at that moment.Service wasn't bad at first, ,had issues that were addressed and others that were ignored. Had service done elsewhere up island. Didn't trust them at Westshore after our broom went missing from the trailer and Service guy helped himself to my long handled insulated screwdriver when it was first hooked up.They don't answer the phone when wife calls anymore. We have been waiting on some parts for a year now. Something I can order on Amazon easily.We just phoned Heartland where it was made. They have our claim on file and will be following up with galaxy I hope.I don't recommend buying from galaxy.

We purchased a 2020 ProLite Evasion travel trailer from Cowboy Jim at Galaxy RV in Victoria last month. We wanted to share how great our experience was working with Jim.Jim was so patience and helpful when showing us the different options for travel trailers. Jim went above and beyond with providing us top notch service, he spent time helping us practice getting use to driving with the trailer.
