I worked for Richard and Paul while I lived in Vancouver. The experience I had was brilliant from the very start with a great crew working within the company. The culture Richard and Paul have made there is perfect for anyone of any experience with loads of opportunities to further your own personal skills or start a new trade. Couldn't recommend them enough, definitely one of the best companies I've ever worked for, if not the best.
