My family and I were seeing our family dr in this clinic for over many years. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Our family dr Virdy is very knowledgeable and spend time to listen. It is sad to see her leaving the practice due to her retirement.

The 1 Star is not for the clinic but for the Dr. who attended me there. Dr. Shaio Majd. So I visited this clinic looking for a new family doctor as I did not have one since I moved to Canada. I had two concerns for my visit one was my shoulder pain and the other was rapid and sudden hair loss. So the clinic said the only Dr. accepting new patients is Dr. Shaio to which I said yes and waited for about an hour for him to come attend me. while talking to Dr. Shaio about both my issues he responds we can only look at one issue and for the other, you will have to come back another time. that means I have to pick and choose what I want to save my Hair or my shoulder. I mean I have a family full of doctors from endocrinologists to dentists, orthopedics and neurosurgeon's and I have been treated by top orthopedic surgeons and none of them ever said that to their patients that in one visit I will only look at one concern. So according to Dr. Shaio, billing is more important than a patient's health. What if I got my hair-loss checked and until my next visit my shoulder got worst or vice-versa. Like really doctors today have no ethics or empathy left. For god sake, you guys took an oath and if not the oath then at least respect another human being's life/health!!!Never returning here i will find a new family doctor!!!

I would leave 0 if it was an option. Terrible for walk in assistance. I don’t normally complain but I was told about a 30 minute wait. After an hour and a half I finally saw the doctor to be told he couldn’t fill out a form because I got a note from another clinic. I understand why I was told that they couldn’t do it, but I told them prior to the walk in that the note was from a different clinic. Overall a complete waist of time and unsure why they didn’t communicate that the doctor prior to making me wait. NOT GOOD. Update: Because I went to this doctor and was told to go to the same doctor that gave me the note, I am not allowed to see them same day because they ran my health card. So I waisted even more time now driving to another doctor to be told I have to come back another day. My gas, time, patience is all going out the window. THEY COULD’VE TOLD ME AGAIN PRIOR TO THE WALK IN THAT THEY CANT ACCOMMODATE AND I WOULDVE BEEN FINE. I’m frustrated and confused why they would tell me to go try another walk in same day if I’m not allowed to. Will not be returning to this office anytime soon.

I was hesitant about going to this walk-in clinic after reading some of the reviews, but I'm glad I did. The receptionists were pleasant, the nursing staff were also pleasant and cordial and the Dr. was patient and listened and gave a knowledgeable diagnosis. He called in the prescription right away and off I went. The ONLY drawback was the wait time. It was well over an hour and a half from the time I arrived until I was seen by the doctor. Too long in my opinion. But I suppose if it were an emergency, I could have gone to the hospital.

Wonderful experience at this clinic. The receptionists were very courteous and provided me with the forms I needed to fill out. The Nurse called me shortly thereafter and she was so friendly as she took my vitals. Dr. Golubka is a great Family Doctor. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to ask me questions about my history and get to know me. Also, gave me the opportunity go over any concerns I had. They also have a LAB onsite - which is a huge PLUS!! Highly recommend this clinic.

I walked in on Sunday morning just after open and the receptionist was so nice, I was then seen immediately by the nurse who was also really nice and helpful. Dr Bullock then saw me and who was really thorough and explained everything really well. I would definitely recommend this clinic, I am an international with no OHIP and it was only $90 to be seen on a Sunday.

Every doctor I’ve seen here has been wonderful. There were a few years where the receptionists were extremely rude but over the last few months I have been incredibly impressed with all the staff here. They have made a clear effort to improve patient care

Had an amazing experience here this morning. Found this place on Google so close to home after needing a walk in on a Sunday. Arrived shortly after open to an empty waiting room. The receptionist and nurse were both so nice. Dr. Bullock saw me and was so kind and thorough. Great bedside manner. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future. Thank you to the team for a smooth and helpful visit!

Receptionist service is unacceptable. On hold for over 20 minutes and then they hang up! No one ever answers the phone. My physician is outstanding, that is the only reason I deal with this office.2 of my daughters have also had problems with the walk-in Drs. being unprofessional and thoughtless in their treatment with them.

I really would not recommend going here as a walk in…. I went in the waiting room was empty soon after front desk gave me an information sheet I filled it in after waiting for an hour I finally saw the doctor. The doctor was incredible I was told by the doctor to come back the following week for a check up I then took a bus as a 17 year old I took 3 buses to get to this location when I finally arrived I went in to a full waiting room area I went to front desk I greeted one of them she was SO RUDE. She didn’t say hi or nothing she quickly asked me “ Do you have an appointment” I said no but I was here last week and was told by the doctor to come back this day for a check up she didn’t even ask my name or nothing she goes on to say it’s an hour wait i told her I could not wait then asked to make an appointment for the following day she then told asked appointment for when? I said tomorrow mind you I went on a Thursday she then looked at me and said no I couldn’t believe it I was so upset but i looked at her and said okay and walked out of that please I would never in my life return to this location for any type of assistance in the future if I could leave a 0 rating for this location I would doctors are great and kind but they need better front desk workers
