We have only had an account with British Empire Fuels for a few weeks and both their Customer and Tech support have been amazing. The office staff have been friendly and helpful. Chris Holder did a great job inspecting our furnace and explaining how the system works. Today Viktor and Tyler came to clean our ducts. They were so friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything that they were doing. We were able to view the process on camera, and they left everything in a clean and tidy manner. It's been a pleasure dealing with British Empire Fuels and we would definitely recommend them.

This is a local company with great Tradesmen who have done work in our house in the past, they replaced our boiler this time. Fast, clean, and were very courteous. Great job. Thanks again.

Have always had a great experience working with British Empire. They went out of their way to get us a maintenance package and new water heater when we first moved to Lindsay, they have made multuple emergency visits when our furnace has cut out, and just yesterday we called them to check on our AC . Ours was old and leaking and they moved their schedule around and finished up the install of our new unit today because my wife is 38 weeks pregnant! Awesome service, easy to deal with people, always a great experience. Don't look anywhere else, just call British Empire.

Dealing with Nancy and Ian was unreal. Had an issue with my bbq not being compatible (my issue not theirs), and they got back to me Friday night at 10 pm... With a picture explaining the issue... Never expected this type of service. Highly recommend

Great service and experience from start to finish. The sales calls, consultation, and install of our new furnace was flawless with a very appreciated attention to detail. The technicians took the time to improve the setup of the furnace, wiring, and even the exhaust venting... above and beyond what I was expecting but certainly nice.
