First time at Steve's to get a trailer hitch installed. Steve, the owner always answers the phone personally. He took my car in at the scheduled appt time. Finished the work earlier than quoted, with no surprises or hidden charges, when all was said and done. Extremely fair pricing. He does not rip people off. This shop is almost too good to be true. Thank you Steve!

Steve is the most amazing, knowledgeable, honest mechanic I have ever come across, I literally just left everything on to him when it came to my car, after he services I barely have to take it again for another year, he made sure there is not a single surprise, he is honest, fair and reliable. Driving through Leaskdale with 2 hours driving to go, we found ourselves stranded, with our van overheating after losing all our coolant. Steve invited us in, quickly found the problem, and had it repaired in no time.
