Amazing staff, very professional!I had to visit them daily for my dressings to be changed; they provided all the materials needed at home and were very quick to take me in; never waited for more than 15 minsclean establishment with up to date equipment.

The Doctor want a man and was very abnoctious and rude. He seemed reckless he hurt my downstairs lips squeezed it in the speculum object to open up then the procedure really hurted compared to another place I went. The nurse accompanying him was laughing at his inappropriate jokes were the client is the joke... They made fun of me openly. Then I had a IUD installed for contraception. They a week later I was still in pain I couldn't even go to work. I called them to get it removed. The same doctor and same nurse insulted me when I arrived saying I was crazy and this is all in my head. The Doctor said it's impossible to feel anything in this area!!! Can u beleive this man knows nothing about women! Now I haven't had my period for two months and I'm not pregnant. I know he did something, do not go there all the other places are better this man doctor is a maniac and misogyn

Very unprofessional. They give an appointment at 10am and without telling you anything they make you wait 2 hours. It is ironic considering they specify over the phone to not be late. Extremely rude front desk operator. I guess we get what we pay for here in Quebec. Biggest mistake was to go to public. Avoid this place as much as you can.

A kind and caring clinic. They were helpful and fast on the phone to make my appointment. Wait time once there was long, 2 hours, but once I got in the nurses were friendly, knowledgeable and comforting. Thank you all :)

Every single employee was extraordinary from beginning to end. The lady at reception was professional, discreet and kind. The nursing staff was extremely compassionate, devoted, informed and empathetic (a warm and special thank you goes out to Mireille, the nurse who took care of me after my second trimester abortion due to medical reasons). Dr. Nélisse was awesome, thorough and made me feel safe during the two-day procedure. This healthcare team managed to make this heartbreaking and devastating time in me and my husband’s life more peaceful allowing us to heal. This clinic was recommended to me by the CHU Ste-Justine after having been followed there during my high risk pregnancy. Simply lovely, caring human beings. Sincerely, thank you.

Came for a Covid booster. The staff here is super nice and friendly, also will explain everything you would like to know regarding the booster. You can book an appointment or come as walk-in. Highly recommended.

** family planning clinic **The nurses and doctor I saw for my three appointments were very welcoming and reassured me constantly. Such friendly people! Got an appointment for the day after I called (whereas the CLSC in Longueuil wasn’t going to give me an appointment for the vaccine I needed for four months!) and everything was so easy; no waiting around, everything on time, really friendly nurse, calm and quiet waiting room (no annoying tv or music!). The place was clean. It’s the best CLSC I’ve been to by far.
