Very helpful staff. They have suffered from a water leak above their shop that destroyed the drywall and floors, so they’ve been working through a total renovation. I walked over to check out picking up some OPI polishes and the ladies were quite helpful and friendly despite the upheaval they are working with. Great prices and good selection. Hopefully their store gets fixed soon I’m sure it’s been a nightmare for them.

Biggest scammers on the market! I received 1 out of 3 items that I ordered and when I called customer service, they were rude and unprofessional. They weren’t helpful and I never received my money back!!! If you need to order product, go anywhere but this place!

Placed an order online and was sent one item that was half the size when I paid for the full size, and another item that had been swapped out for a cheaper brand without asking or notifying me. Now they will not respond to me and I definitely feel ripped off. I wish I had just spent the money to buy directly from the company and had it shipped from America rather than gone through this supply shop.

Ordered the apres gel-x system from this company because they were the only Canadian company that didn’t require you to be a licensed nail technician. Ordered this system early March realized the nails I picked were too long and agreed to have them exchanged by Alyssa. She said I would have to pay $30 - to ship my original back to her and to have my new selection shipped back to me. I e-transferred her my $15 that same day of discussion before I shipped back my original set. I shipped mine back, and called upon delivery back to the shop only to have Alyssa tell me that “I was too slow” and she had no more nails left. She said she couldn’t get ahold of the company due to the COVID so she also couldn’t get the nails in stock either. I requested my original nails back, along with my $15 because considered I sent her money to have them shipped out, that would technically be considered as a deposit for the new set I wanted. However, she refused to send me back my $15 stating it would cost her that to send them back to me AGAIN. So needless to say, I spend $30 extra and wasted more than a month of back and forth communication just to have the SAME nails send back to me.Customer service here is very horrible.On top of that, she also called me “unprofessional” because the package I sent to her didn’t have my address (even though she has all that information from my initial order).Not only did she not fix my issue, she said I was “too slow” “didn’t email her/respond back to her fast enough” even though I responded to all of her emails and called her store several times, “unprofessional” and she wasted both my time and money with having my situation unresolved.I have this $230+system sitting here for more than a month that I haven’t even used because of all of this.Hope they are able to fix their customer service skills and actually provide solutions to their customers instead of blaming them.

I ordered three nail polish CND UV Shellac online. One was out of stock and it's been over three days and I did not get the refund. The second item, they sent me a regular CND VINILUX nail polish.I called the store and the lady who answered the phone said that I should bring the nail polish back to the store in person to get a refund or exchange it. If I'm shopping online it's because I do not have time during business hours to go to the store.They have a very poor e-commerce management. The item I ordered and they said they are out of stock, is still available on the website for other people to pay for it and never receive the product.Even worse customer service! If you have an e-commerce, you have to be prepared to process returns and not request that your customer go to the store in person.Overall, I paid for 3 nail polish CND SHELLAC UV and received 1! The worst online experience ever! And if I want my money back, I'll have to go to the store myself!I do not recommend this e-commerce.

You could spend a whole day in there, tons of wonderful nail products, huge selection of gel polish brands, and incredibly kind hard working and helpful owner. I highly recommend this business.

Called them before heading there. They said the place will be closed from 5:30 to 6 since they have some errands to run; so asked me to come at 6. So I went at 6 and they made me wait outside in the cold for 30 mins.

Very helpful staff and very friendly service! You can find anything you need from the store! There’s a lot of choices for professional. Will definetely come back!

I ordered from here mid September and still have not received my order. Have emailed twice and no response. Store will not answer calls and I have yet to receive a single shipping update. Will be calling my credit card company for a refund as this place will not reach out to their buyers.

Every time I have come here the door has been locked. Today they are open till 7, and I’m standing here at 5:12pm and the door is locked and no one is here. Same things happened a few weeks ago. I don’t understand why they advertise their hours to be something they are clearly not. Such a waste of my time and incredibly frustrating.
