We arrived before the theatre opened after a long drive from Calgary. The staff was very friendly, but I believe they were not really ready for anyone yet. Still a good time

Staff were amazing. The theater itself is starting to show its age, and costs are ridiculously high... but the staff are trying. That alone deserves 5 stars

I am very happy to see Galaxy is playing such an important movie, The Sound of Freedom. Everyone needs to see it and there are movie theater companies and media that are trying to suppress it.

Just got out of the Little Mermaid in 3D showing. The movie was plagued intermittent full screen static with no image on screen. Very disappointed I didn't get the see the film. The theatre offered refunds but I am sceptical about returning for a future showing.

Without exception the worst movie going experience I have had at a Galaxy location. Outdated theaters badly in need of upgraded seating. Air conditioning in the summer is non-existent. Zero leg room. Not what I'd expect from a Cineplex theater. This location demonstrates why audiences choose to stay at home. Nobody should waste their time or money here.

This theatre is tired. It's about 10 years overdue for a renovation and it shows. From the layout of the understaffed lobby to the incredibly uncomfortable chairs with no padding left. It's hard to enjoy the movie when you're falling through your seat.
