If you have ADHD and can watch more than one game at a time and drink beer it's great for sports.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced because the customer service was nonexistent. I sat in the VLT room for 45 minutes not once was I asked for a drink.

Walk in to there off sale to grab some coolers...realized I grabbed the wrong flavor..ask to simply exchange it for the rite flavor..all the product was same price was declined..iv never been treated so rudely in my life worst service ever

Went to try out their gluten free menu items today with my wife. We shared the GF fish and chips and GF boneless ribs. We were both extremely surprised with the size of the portions ( very large ) and extremely impressed with the flavor of both dishes. Probably my favorite fish and chips dish in the city. The boneless ribs were also an amazing lemon pepper flavor. Thank you do much for providing a great tasting GF option and not over pricing it like some places do. We will definitely be coming back to try more items in the future.

I went to Four Seasons with a group of friends on New Years Day and was unsatisfied. Upon entering for service, a friend was not allowed to sit in a certain area because it was for the regulars. Once our group sat at a non-regulars table, the waitress tossed coasters on our table and abruptly asked what do you want?" without explaining what was on tap or if there were any specials that day. This place used to be incredible before the pandemic. It used to have some of the best kareoke in the city, and it used to be packed with young people. I have some really epic memories at this place. Recently went and it was depressing. There was no music playing at all (not even at low vol in the background), the energy was dull and filled with tire kickers rockin' vlt's. I hate to say this but the place was sad and lifeless....and the food tasted really bland. I'm not sure what happened to this place but needless to say it was super disappointing. I will say that the service remains very good and the prices are reasonable, but it's just not what it used to be. I hope this place bounces back one day.

My family and I have eaten at this restaurant many times. We usually spend anywhere from $75 - $130 plus a good tip. The food is great so is the service. But on this evening our family went into the restaurant like usual and the waitress immediately told us that she was not going to serve us.we looked at each other and were in disbelief of what was going on. She would not give us a reason for why she wasn't going to serve us cause in the past she has been our waitress. We always say please and thank you put our utensils in a glass our plates all together and make it easier for the waitresses to clean out table after we leave. Not impressed with this at all to be treated like this from staff or anyone else. We felt humiliated by this waitress cause there were 2 other staff present as well as customers that heard this being said from her. I'm not sure what is going on here but it needs to be addressed and sorted out so it doesn't happen again. I enjoy being there but tonight felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

complaint.i came in on the evening of may 18th. ordered there boneless dry ribs special, i noticed i bite on something hard and it turned out to be bone! my only thought was these are suppose to be boneless. anyway we paid our bill and once we got to our vehicle I got my boyfriend to look at my tooth as it felt weird. sure enough my first molar tooth was chipped!! im super upset at this point, i get my boyfriend to go back in, leave our name and number and they said they are gonna call the next day and get to the bottom of this, they didnt call. so i called and a male picked up, he knew what i was talking about but yet i was the one to call back, he was completely hostile and rude, not even a sorry!! we like this restaurant but after this experience they are not having my business again, i called a health inspector as well and lastly i just want to make people aware so this doesnt happen to anyone else!!

Great gluten-free fish & chips, and it was reasonably priced. A definite must try for fish lovers! But the place was very busy on a Friday night so we received sporadic service and had to catch our servers attention when we needed refills and other things. If you want a calmer environment I would suggest going here during a weekday. We will be back!
