Highly recommend this company for any new or existing HVAC needs. The owner is knowledgeable when it comes to all the products on the market and can guide you in the right direction. The professionals who do the installation are experts in their fields and very respectful and careful while working in your home……everything was put back exactly as they found it. They are also very quick to respond if there is an issue with anything. I give them full marks from beginning to end! Thank you Tim and Team for making this stress free!

Andy ,Tim and employees were very knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. Service is exceptional. I just finished my shop edition,the installation was done with pride it looks phenomenal.I can't say enough about the service,installation and the workers go that little farther to enhance the job. I'm not from the Koolen area, but I had some questions about installing geothermal and they were great. They took the time to chat even though they knew I wouldn't be able to go with them. That can be very hard to find.

We recently had a AC unit installed, the crew was quick, polite, and did an amazing job. They even pointed out and corrected an issue with our dryer vent while they were here. I would recomend Koolen Electric to anyone!

Koolen Electric came out promptly and changed a switch in my geothermal unit. I cannot say enough good things about Koolen. As Koolen originally installed the geothermal units efficiently and without issue, we always call Tim when we need help with heating and cooling.
