Aja gave me the hair I have always dreamed off! She installed a row of extensions with some beautiful highlights and I feel like a brand new woman. The salon is amazing, the vibe is calming and comfortable and the people are lovely. Very impressed and excited to come back!

This salon is truly the best!! All the little details throughout your experience in the chair is so thought out and that little bit of extra you didn’t know you needed (and wanted)! I recently got hair extensions and am so happy! They look and feel so natural and I feel like a million bucks! If you are considering extensions, I highly recommend chatting with Aja!

I am so glad I finally decided to check out IHC! Alyssa greeted me warmly at the door and had me select a cute little mantra card. She completely understood the look I was going for, and my needs. The experience was lovely! From bringing me tea to sip on while the lightened did its thing, to the amazing scap massage complete with a hot towel. The cut was exactly what I'd asked for and I couldn't stop admiring my hair as she worked! Alyssa is a sweetheart with a real talent! I got compliments all day long on my hair. Thanks again! I'll see you in a few months!

Love this salon! Sarah is amazing! She listens to what I want and walks me through every step of the process, consulting me on different aspects. She is so warm and welcoming and very friendly. Every time I leave I'm so in love with my hair.I love the asthetic of the salon it's very big with lots of space so you don't feel cramped up and I love all of the beautiful plants! :)I'm sad that I only discovered this wonderful place right before I moved up north but I always make sure to book an appointment whenever I'm in town.

This is absolutely the BEST hair salon I have ever been to! The entire experience was wonderful & my hair looks phenomenal. The environment is laid back, friendly and does not feel intimidating at all. The salon is spacious & super clean. The quality of the service by the stylists is superb & professional. Sarah was my stylist & she is a delight with so much knowledge & expertise. She listened & understood exactly what I wanted & WOW!! My balayage & hair cut is phenomenal. I appreciate she took the time to explain what products work best for me, as I have fine hair & wanted guidance. An extra perk after the shampoo & conditioning was a hot towel, which felt luxurious. I am extremely happy to have found this amazing salon & will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had my appointment with Victoria last week and loved every minute of it! She understood exactly what I wanted and explained everything she was doing. She gave me beautiful natural highlights, layers, and bangs that I'm obsessed with. She'll be the only one doing my hair from now on!

Great place if all goes well but IF you are dissatisfied with the results you expect for the price you pay, you will be treated poorly .if you are unhappy it’s best you don’t complain because they do not want to take accountability for any mistakes and you will be banned from the salon.My experience was great until I needed a fix. I wanted blonde. I got orange.I expect more from a high end salon but I can easily find better customer service elsewhere. Lots of great stylists out there to choose from.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place! I'm a person who has a very hard time trusting someone new with my hair, but I decided to take a leap and go see Sarah for the first time back in April. The space is absolutely beautiful, the stylists are happy and genuinely love their work, which shows the entire way through. Besides the fantastic work on my colour and cut, Sarah taught me how to curl my hair at home, how to properly care for it, and what products work best for my hair type. I can honestly say she's become a friend and I feel so comfortable at Industry Hair Co. If you're looking for a new salon, don't walk, RUN, because they're growing at lightspeed!

This is the place to go to have all your hair dreams come true!!! They are super friendly, they really listen to what you are wanting for your hair and they give an amazing scalp massage during the hair washing!
