My BAD experience with a realtor name (Sukhi Randhawa) Feb 28,2022. He works with re/max river city 100-,10328-81 Ave Edmonton. He is a very dishonest person. Please do NOT choose him as your realtor at all.1. He told me that he will charge me $15000 fee.For $100,000 he will charge %7 and the remaining %1.5. That was a lie.When I went to sign the paper with my lawyer it is written almost $17000. When I tried to call him he didn’t pick up his phone. His answering machine is full. He didn’t answer to my text. I had to leave the lawyer’s office without signing. Then by 3 PM his partner (Lakhwinder Brar) texted me that he is away for one week. He is a very unprofessional realtor. Then I had no choice than signing the paper the next day with the lawyer.2. The 2nd promise he did was that he will help me with the remaining of my mortgage penalty. I asked him how would you help me, he said don’t worry he will help me.When the time came that I am going to talk to the bank. I asked him again how would you help me. He tells me that I have to co-sign to someone which he will find and my mortgage can be transferred to that person and I don’t have to pay penalty to the bank. That is an ILLEGAL advice. I would never do that.3. When I sign the contract to sell my house it says clearly microwave, stove, washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge. Nothing mentioned about the blinds.I made custom made blinds for my house for $1500. After I sold my house he says blinds is belongs to the house. I told him you didn’t mention about it in the contract or even verbally to me. He says it is attached good. He should have told me this before so I would at least know, I lost $1500 giving my blinds to the new owner. I got really stressed out about his dishonesty and not communicating.I won’t recommend him to anyone. His communication level is ZERO.At the beginning he entered to my house to show my house to his client without notifying me. While I was away. Over all a very bad experience.Now I am trying to call his manager John but he doesn’t have time to talk to me. I called John March 2. He said he is going away for one week then He will call me. Then March 10 I called John that you were supposed to call me. He said he is very busy my name is on his list he will call me when he has time. Today is March 16. No call at all.

My wife and I highly recommend Ken. Ken was extremely helpful during the whole process of searching for a house. He was very patient with us selecting the perfect house and not once did we feel pressured to speed up the process. Ken was also available anytime of the day for any questions or concerns and he truly cared about our needs. After finding our first option that we really liked he was completely open and honest after the home inspection and recommended that we find another option. Shortly after we finalized on the perfect house to start our family. Ken felt more like a friend than a realtor and we would recommend him to all our friends and family. Keep up the great work Ken!
