Shopping local has never felt more rewarding. Not only is the owner helpful and kind, she is also probably the most genuinely nice person I have ever met. She remembered my name, the name of my girlfriend, and the name of our cat even though there were several months between visit. A truly special place that everyone should go to for houseware and decor for the cottage and home.

What a great store. A nice mix of practical household goods, trendy parenting products, and local maritime products. We went to find a newborn gift, and we’re happy to leave with Sophie the Giraffe. Owner was quite personable and knowledgeable.

The Posh Peppermint is a lovely shop. They carry beautiful items and high quality textiles like April Cornell and A la Mode. The owner is very helpful and just the right amount of attentive:) I love it to buy great gifts but also a great place to buy for my own home.

Really cute shop with quality inventory. I have been here twice in the last week to pick up gifts and things for the house. The store has a great atmosphere and the owner is really kind and helpful. There is a good variety of local and quality items to choose from. Would definitely recommend stopping by.
