it is a good place to bring your items, they might not give you much but they give you more then other places. It is definitaly somewhere to go and buy things for low prices, specially gold.the cellphones should be unlocked but they do not have many. It is a pretty clean store also. respectful people that usually give deals if you buy more then 1 thing.

Coolest place to shop. The guys who work here are nice and friendly. Didn't feel rushed or forced to buy. Prices I found were way less than market.

Just called to pawn a $600+ guitar with plans to repurchase it within 4 weeks dude wanted to give me 150$ which is way to low for a near mint guitar that cleaned every day and has minimal wear to it. They also tried over pricing items they sell by over 20% I'd recommend not going here at all wish I could rate negative stars for such scammers.

The guys at the counter were happy to test electronics prior to sale to prove they worked adequately. Very courteous and cool guys

Beware of dishonesty.I went there and saw ps4 controllers in new packaging. I asked the clerk if those were indeed real brand new dualshock 4's. He told me that yes they were.After buying it for 50$ and trying it out, it didn't feel right. After looking at the model number and doing some research, it turns out to be a fake model number on the controller not even matching the one on the outside package. Bottom line they are selling chinese knock off ps4 controllers in new packaging. I had to argue for 20 minutes to get my money back. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that the real ps4 packages had been bent open, and the controllers replaced with knockoffs. I wouldn't have been so upset if they had been labelled as 3rd party controllers. But to lie to me and tell me they are real is the real offence.
