I called Neil's Appliance. My call was returned same day. A service call was agreed for next morning. Neil himself came in professionally mannered and immediately got to work on my stove. With no fuss or time wasted he located the problem. Looked over that all else was good and tested the stove. Neil is quick, knowledgeable, clean, honest and estimates are exact to his word. We are very impressed with Neil’s service and expertise. He showed up promptly to repair our front loading washing machine last week, he needed to get into the board which required the dryer to be removed from on top. We removed the dryer and He returned today and took his time going over the machine, he called the manufacturer which helped him reset machine settings a ll the while explaining what he was doing.We would highly recommend him for his excellent service and he is very reasonable where cost is concerned.

I'm not sure exactly what to say.By all accounts Neil appears great as per the reviews.His notation says must be masked and fully vaxxed.I guess I can't call Neil to get service, disappointing that as an unvaxxed person I can't get help with my dryer.Most unfortunate, sorry Neil.

I had Neil come by our house in Elmvale to repair both a refrigerator and oven. He came in on a Tuesday as scheduled and on time. Had the part on his truck to repair the oven and had to order the part to repair the fridge. He was back 2 days later with the fridge part and made the repairs. Top notch service all the way, would definitely phone him for future service needs.

I had Neil come to repair my Whirlpool Duet dryer. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. It needed a replacement part which he had in stock so I didn't have to wait. He had the part installed and he cleaned up within an hour. He gave me tips for general care and maintenance of my dryer to help extend the reliability of it and keep my family safe. I am extremely pleased and would recommend this service for anyone who wants a reputable and knowledgeable professional to maintain and repair your appliances.
