Went in to upgrade my son's phone. Bryan was amazing in helping to find the best deal offered. With his and Fiona's help, we were able to upgrade my 2 daughters phones as well. Thank you Bryan and Fiona for you patience, hard work and answering all of my questions. More appreciated than you know. 5 star service.

I phoned a number of Bell locations and Luca was THE MOST HELPFUL from this location.He answered all my questions and I later came by the store to pick up the product I needed.I was very impressed with Luca's professionalism and ability to resolve my issue.. Ana-Maria was so helpful and she made my new iPhone purchase such a great experience. She was able to inform me about all the promotions that were available to me and she made it as seamless as possible to add the additional line on my account. Ana-Maria’s service was amazing, and she was able to give me just what I needed in time for the holidays. She definitely went above and beyond!

The Bell in the Pickering mall was the best experience, as well as very helpful. The representative named Hasan I think, was very helpful and was able to provide me with all the information needed to get myself the iPhone 13. The phone is amazing! But definitely the people there are also amazing, as they try their best to provide the best experience for their customer through truly understanding what you are looking for. Hasan helped me a lot that day I got my phone, so I highly recommend going to this Bell.

As far as i know this is a Bell canada store. Was told. So when i was trying to talk about my fibe home service that this is a bell mobility store only, and they couldn't (wouldn't) help me. Felt like i was belittled by the Customer service rep, as when i was talking to him and saying its a bell store. Thats what the sign on store says i was told repeatedly 'Sir Sir this is a bell mobility store. I believe his name was Hamad. So much for customer .

I just wanted to say that my daughter and I were in the store last past closing with Bryan who was super amazing and patient with us while our phones were being upgraded. He was very knowledgeable and was able to save us some money too. I would highly recommend him and your store. I have been bell costumer for over 25 years and last nights experience was great. My boyfriend and I went in just to inquire about switching our service providers to Bell without any intention to get anything new. Fiona was so helpful and really sold us! She was the one who answered all of our questions with no hesitation and she was able to provide us with the numbers up front with what we were looking for. She provided amazing customer service: she’s friendly, patient, knowledgeable, provides all the information up front without any hidden fees, and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I ended up getting the iPhone 13 Pro Max on the day of while my boyfriend pre-ordered the Samsung Z Fold 4 (which he ended up getting a day early). The transaction went so smoothly and I wouldn’t want it any other way! I recommend this Bell store and going to Fiona because she will get it done and make sure you leave satisfied! Well went to the store today looking to switch my phone from sim to esim on the iPhone agent name Humzah was helping me” he said if the iPhone is under the contract with bell you can not use esim” he called someone then told me it can not be done. I left the store call customer service they send an email to me explaining how it’s done follow the instructions from the email and solved the issue transfer service to esim from the SIM card. This is the second time I went to this store they don’t know what they are talking about makes me would who hire them or what kind of training they had. Not going to this store again.
