Bel Air Tremblant Chalet Rentals

We had the mini Antarctica and it was amazing, the view the food the jacuzzi the shower all amazing. But coming to the night time when you wanna sleep, you'll not be albe to sleep because the fridge is so noisy and make a lot of weird noises. Woke up in the morning with a headache unfortunately. It really ruined my experience.

This was our 2nd visit to Belair Tremblant. We visited for my husband's 50th Birthday. We did have a situation with the resort prior to arrival, where we pleaded for them to allow us to move our reservation out due to the passing of our dog that morning. They refused. I understand it's a business. But there was no compassion whatsoever. We ended up going the following night and foregoing one of our 3 paid days.The resort is still private and peaceful. Has good amenities and nicely stocked with what you need. (Coffee, shampoo, soap, robes and a useful kitchen.) The sauna and hot tub were lovely at night. No mosquitoes either.We have noticed the domes are now showing their age with lack of maintenance and cleanliness though. Deck was warped and a tripping hazard. Lots of dust inside the rooms and a very wobbly railing around the deck. Shower doesn't drain etc. We didn't let this deter our enjoyment and notified staff. The dome was quiet and cozy. It was the ambiance we needed. A nice escape from reality for 2 nights.

Booked the Antarctica MINI pod. When we arrived at our pod at 7pm Friday night. Our pod was 12 degrees Celsius inside and 6 degrees Celsius in the bathroom. We cranked the heat as it was -40 outside and the room could not warm up as there were only two small baseboard heaters. This was very uncomfortable and surprising since the Bel Air Tremblant staff had called to inform us we could check in early at 4pm because the room was ready. Also, our shower wasn't working because the pipes were frozen. They clearly had not turned the heat on early enough to heat the room prior to our visit. We had to call emergency maintenance and ask them to bring us a space heater because we couldn't take off our coats without being cold. So the first evening was definitely challenging and did not start off with a great experience. Lucky with the space heater overnight we will able to bring up the temperature in the room. Also the maintenance staff was great. Quick, friendly, helpful. When I went to the desk to explain the situation of the night before and how the experience was very sub par. The Bel Air Tremblant representative completely brushed me off and said that it was -40 and all chalets had the same issues and it wasn't their fault. They took no ownership for not having turned the heat of and offered us nothing for the inconveniences of the night before. Also the rooms look nice but are not very well made. The door didn't shut full during our stay. The bathroom was terrible insulated, the floor was freezing, our shower broke twice. The hot tub was nice, the outdoor space had a good amount of privacy. The view from the room was nice but for 500 dollars a night you expect a much most pleasant experience and definitely more understanding and compassion from the staff. I would not recommend Bel Air Tremblant. There are other cottages in the area that are better quality for the price.

Our experience at Bel Air Tremblant was incredible! As it was a romantic weekend get away, that started with a wedding proposal, the team had already set up everything in the room for us. The customer service agents Marine and Karyn, were very kind, helpful and professional.We reserved the glass dome, which was unique from the outside and luxurious from the inside. However, with the beautiful hot weather we had that weekend, it was very hot inside the glass dome even with the AC on.The team was thoughtful enough to reserve the super dome for us (without glass) in case our initial booking was to become too hot. They were also very generous by giving us a discount to compensate the difference in price since the glass dome was the most expensive one. The glass dome would definitely be my first pick during the fall and winter time.We also enjoyed the restaurant Ekki sushi right down the hill. The quality and the taste of the food were exceptional. The waiter recommended few picks on the menu which were delicious.

We came with our baby and enjoyed two wonderful nights in dome #4. There's a fun little trail nearby with suspended bridges in the trees, and a farm with horses, alpacas, goats and cows to visit. The dome was very clean, great layout with kitchenette, running bathroom, and standing shower. There's also a little fireplace and tv. The views were beautiful and we had a private hot tub and sauna which we enjoyed so much.My only wish is to be able to check in a bit earlier, as 5pm is the usual check in time (I noticed you can call in advance to see if they have an earlier availability, we should have done that but did not notice it until afterwards).Overall, loved our experience and would definitely highly recommend this place.

Unforgettable stay! Such a unique experience. We discovered a fantastic habitation, the dome. So comfortable, great conception, smartly designed. Every details chosen carefully to create the best ambiance. The dome (mezzanine) is surprisingly spacious for 4 people. The terrace with private jacuzzi is wonderful. Not far, the help desk, bistro restaurant for delicious breakfast and lunch meals, the salt water swimming pool, everything is simply perfect. The staff is so welcoming and take care of us. Always willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property has so much to offer! Panoramas, sunset, a cute farm, activities, and an amazing sushi restaurant just steps away! We enjoyed our stay so much, we strongly recommend it! A bit pricey but it is so so worth every penny! It created one of our best memories. Thank you Bel Air Tremblant to exist and share with us this unique place on earth!

Great place to relax, enjoy and escape from the city life. The domes were clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all the things you need to make a meal. If you are not making your own food, the Japanese restaurant is only walking distance from the chalet. The chef is super nice and the food they serve is of high quality and super delicious. However, only one waitress was taking care of all the tables and service is slow. I would like to also mention that our table was not set to high standards. One of the chopsticks were not the same pair, napkins were missing and the rim of the plates were all chipped. I think these details can be further improved.I feel like with the price you pay, the check-in time at 5pm and check-out at 10am is not enough time for guests to enjoy their stay. I’m sure most people would agree with me that they’d want to sleep in after a nice relaxing night and not want to be worried about waking up early to check-out.This place is still fairly new, there is still lots of adjustments to make. The absolute best experience here! We stayed in the glass dome and watched the stars, sunset and sunrise. It is incredibly spacious, the bed is so comfy and the private sauna and jacuzzi is amazing. It felt so luxurious! The staff was so kind and helpful! I highly suggest visiting the bridge I didn’t know what to expect but it was actually stunning and the barn of course had to be one of my favourite parts! Highly recommend

Rented the Round pod and was very please with the site. The pod was modern with a great view. Theres a skylight over the bed which was amazing for waking up with natural light.Outside installations were great too. A personal sauna and a jacuzzi makes a perfect relaxing getaway. Loved it! Would go back anytime.
