The staff are very rude here..although I love the fruit explosions. Very poor customer service but I still come for my muffins and tea every day. Speak to your workers and train them properly.

Not a single table to sit inside or outside.doughnuts are always stale especially the powdered ones,hamswiss sandwich bun was disgustingly hard.

Always screwing up my coffee, they clearly pay more attention to drive through. Leaving the store front customers waiting around. They are so understaffed, they can’t even operate their mobile order system properly.

Everytime u order thru doodads it's made wrong. My order isn't complicated. When I try to call the number don't work and no reply from timmies. Read your screen properly

Ran out of bag coffee for home, I’ve order online, was told to call to get credit, did so, they told me the restaurant had to cancel the order and refunded! What a chore… never again

This location is always bad news in some way or another. Today it was just awful. At the sandwich station this girl was so sloppy, slow, and unorganized, and so another staff member offered her help with the orders, but the girl said she didn't need any help. There were two people ahead of me and I was inside for 13 minutes . The drive thru was chaos too. My bacon and egg breakfast sandwich looks so gross. The staff aren't very friendly at all.

I just ordered take out 2 days now and the ice caps were TERRIBLE both times!Both times from this location!Edit: Day 5 and these Ice Caps are still nastyThey literally don't clean their machine.EDIT: ICE CAPS STILL NASTY I CANT EVEN!!whoevers job it is to make ice caps IS BLIND!I don't know what food industry worker can look at this and think its ok!!This is such a consistent problem that I'm seriously debating the competency of this location entirely!I uninstalled the app until I have the option to pick a location for delivery!I cant believe I've given you 3 chances on 3 separate occasions with days in-between and its STILL BADEdit: LOL oh and BTW the people who work here can't tell the difference between SAUSAGE & EGG as well!Just another example of this being the most incompetent location I've ever ordered from!If you don't go there and hold their hand throughout the entire order WHILE supervising then you won't get what you ordered. EVER.EDIT June 28: I must love the abuse because I tried to order delivery from this location again and I WISH I could attach a picture because im dying at what my order turned out to be this timeI have the most simple order ever and everytime it's not even close

Just went there to get a dozen smile cookies and they said they had none,that they ran out.They always have nothing at this location,it’s like they don’t feel like making anything.They leave you waiting for 10mins to take your order,It’s literally the worse Tim Hortons in Sudbury…Adding to my review went today for smile cookies again cause it’s the last day it’s 1130pm and they still don’t have any cookies,absolutely ridiculous
