Had my phone planned switched to Rogers from Koodo and the employee (I can't remember her exact name) that assisted me in getting my phone plan set up was very helpful, efficient and quick. Just in and out the door and everything was good to go! Great service!

We called a few Roger's locations Most require an appointment. This one says we could go there to drop off equipment. The staff was very polite and helpful on the phone. We got there, the door was locked. We needed to ring the bell. They checked out face on computer, someone came out and addressed our need. Very efficient service. I definitely recommend this store.

Awful customer service. Bought a phone case on November 23, 2018 and went in to return it today, December 8, 2018.Their return policy is exchange/return to original store within 15 days. Today is day 15 and they refused to return the phone case which is still brand new and seled in box.Change your policy if you won't follow your own store's policy!!!

I came in to get a new phone and dealt with Angelo who did such a great job. The service was so great that I brought my mom into this location for her new phone upgrade. Isaac helped her and he did a great job and was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this location, much better service than other locations we have used in the past.

They have no idea what their doing here. This is the second time that they have not told me what was going on with my bill when I go in and pay for something. First time I got a rocket hub brought it back within the 15 days they charged me 5 times for it when I shouldn't have been charged anything. Now they didn't even pay off my phone I had previously and upgraded. They need to get more training done for the employees

Very poor customer service!! The staff here is ill equipped and not trained at all. I asked for a Chatr recharge and they processed a recharge for Rogers!! When my dad went back to have it corrected, the manager returned him back saying that they can not correct it and the money paid is lost.When I went back to ask the reason, they happily corrected their mistake...!! The lady manager should get some basic training on customer service!!

Went to buy a new cell phone. The staff were courteous, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Shar, the store manager, in particular was most helpful, answering questions in detail as needed, and completing the sale in a timely manner. Unfortunately I had to return the phone the next day, but this too went very smoothly. Another staff member handled the return, and he was also very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. No questions asked. Great job, guys! I'll do business with you again.

We've visited a few times and usually deal with Angelo (name?) and a taller fellow. He's honest and knowledgeable. Our visits to the store are usually the result of a device issue (nextbox, modem, phone). Each time we leave with a positive resolution. The only thing about this store is the wait times can get ridiculous (not because of staff but likely due to the needs of customers). I prefer the customer service from this store over any store in Toronto, Markham and Scarborough we've been to. Rogers' less than mediocre services (slow internet since many of us wfh now) may cost you more than what you like but that's by no fault of the staff at this store location. Keep up the great work!

Simran and Sabrina, two of employees at this location, were extremely helpful and polite. We went to complain about an issue with rogers and we were very frustrated and angry but they dealt with us in an extremely helpful and caring way. Moreover, they stayed an extra hour and half after the store hours just to help us with our issue and took the extra step of calling customer service on our behalf to help us resolve the issue.I definitely recommend speaking with them if you need help with anything, they are doing an excellent job.

They did what I asked as promised. The $60/10gb plan was too awesome to pass off. I went to a couple store and they all rejected me lining up. I went to this store as a last ditch effort. They said the computer server was pretty much down and couldn't do much. So they took our information and said they'll get it done. Sure enough, they got it done for me as promised. Great work ethic.
