Worst Pharmacy Costumer Service ever. The main problem there is Kathryn, a pharmaceutical rep who has no authority over anything but has enough attitude to ruin your whole day with a 2 minute conversation. Every single week when I call, I greet her with a polite how are you and at first she will stay silent on the other end, then go «ok, who are you, what do you want?!» I don’t know if this is normal for her but it’s crazy that every single other person at that Shoppers is extremely nice and accommodating. I really don’t think this is where you should work Kathryn, because I can’t even imagine if an older person came in who was perhaps hard of hearing or didn’t fully understand them, the kind of horrible treatment they would receive from Kathryn. I’m also not sure how a person can even be so miserable at 9am on a Friday morning when all I asked for was to pick up my medication. She needs to be fired as soon as possible if this location cares about costumer service at all. FIRE KATHRYN ASAP !!!!

Had some pharmacy issues with Walmart staff. Had no prescription in stock at Rexall. Come here and they were so polite. Able to find me a perscription thats covered asmy doctor didnt give me one that was covered. So far I'm impressed. Good service. Good stock. Very helpful. Thank you. Made my stressful day better.Oh and lastly they do notification texts to say your perscription is ready :)

I got my 6 month old daughters passport photos done at this location today and the customer service was great. I didn’t get the name of the employee that took her photos but her name started with L and she did a great job and was a sweetheart. This might be the only location in Barrie that does infant passport photos.

I love this store. The pharmacy staff are amazing. They always greet me by name. I have never had a problem with any of the staff in this store and have been with them since they were in the kozlov mall when I was 7 and I’m now 44. I would highly recommend this store and the pharmacy to anyone.

I love the fact that wellwise is with a.d.p. And they have awesome small protein bars. Always helpful.

The girl behind the counter was very rude! I rather pay more and go elsewhere than deal with that young lady. She needs a lesson in costumer service. IF YOU DONT LIKE TO SERVE PEOPLE, DONT BE IN COSTUMER SERVICE.

4 years ago i gave a one star review as the girl in the cosmetic section ignored me then when i asked questions was very rude and didnt help me at all and was more focused on her phone. Now 4 years later a couple times in last month or so, the cosmetic girl ( older, glasses, blonde hair) was not very helpful took a while for her to come help and both times i came she was working and picked out horrible colours for me. She picked out a shade way to dark and yellow for my colour even tho i told her im pale and pink and she looked at me and was like no this is ur colour. I ended up returning everything she picked out for me as i was right and she was way off. I just wanted some help but both times was horrible experience. They need to cosmetic department people. Check out girl was very nice tho

Our family’s flu shot experience was TERRIBLE!!! First off the pharmacist (Ricky) assigned to administer my shot, was annoyed (and was sure to let me know by rolling his eyes and sighing) when I asked him to wait so my daughter could see how easy it was - as she was also there to get her first ever flu shot!Then when it was my daughters turn, they THEN decide to inform me that they aren’t trained in giving shots to children under 5. The website is LOADED with legal protections for Shoppers Drug Mart and even has a pop up question asking me if this is my daughters first flu vaccine after I entered her birth date clearly showing she is under 5 - but ZERO pop ups to tell me they can’t give her the shot. And this was ALSO AFTER I selected a time when I had to pull her out of school for the shot!!! So I ask if anyone else there (like the pharmacist/ owner) is trained and she is also NOT trained. So they call a few other locations but basically tell me we’re on our own!!!Thankfully Rexall down the street was taking walk ins AND they are fully trained for childrens shots. Funny thing is that they give the shot to children IN THE EXACT SAME DOSE AND IN THE EXACT SAME BODY LOCATION as they do for adults!!!We will be moving our prescriptions over to Rexall for all members of our family. They even had a treat for our little girl for after her shot!!! SHOPPERS - TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND FIX YOUR WEBSITE. YOU CAN AND SHOULD DO BETTER.

Always a wait, terrible service. Even when I call 2 hours before arriving, still a 15 minute wait to pickup a simple medication. Can’t believe this happens every two weeks, terrible boss at the medication counter . Always wait please wait and other people are in and out in minutes

The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond with every visit. If they don't have they find it. They care so much about my health. I am very grateful for their help. Fast, efficient service.
