Secret Garden Flowers

If I was allowed to give 0 I really would. I placed my order march 12th 2021 a week before when it came to the date which was march 18th 2021 the excuse was that they delivery truck had a flat tire and didn't even show up till 3:30pm when I specified anywhere before 3:30pm,because I wanted my mom to see them as a birthday surprise when she came home. On top of that when I opens the item I only got 10 stems when I paid $68.55 for freaking 18!!! And i specified orange,blue and WHITE!!!! And I ended up getting a few blue,yellowy orange and purple,which kinda was not correct.So shortly after I contacted asking what happened and why I only got 10 stems not the 18 I paid for....she was nice enough to say that someone will deliver the rest tomorrow which was march,19th,2021. So my mom waited and waited and she finally texted me asking what was going on and the new excuse was...the delivery truck was late and I would either get all orange or wait till they receive blue. Which is a lie,because they spray color on the Rose's. You can tell,because some of the flower's base was white with blue sprayed over top. she could of simply sprayed blue like she did on a different colored rose.From there I was frustrated and was trying to talk to her if there was anything that we can do? However the last response I got was some random random saying Navy blue" and then she left the group conversation and blocked me on Facebook without even finishing my order. From there I had a close friend make a account to try to talk to her to get something back and she 110% said that I lied and I never asked for white when I specifically did ask for white

Dont be tricked by advertising. True colors are shown during hard times. Dont trust this place!!Super unprofessional, I reported her to facebook but she commented 34times super inappropriate business conduct.

The owner of this business, Nancy Yousef, accepted payment for a product that was never delivered. When contacted, she would not answer her phone and eventually turned it off. No money was returned. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe it. Unfortunately others have fallen prey to this scam as well. BEWARE!!!

Reading ur reviews all I see is discussing responses to issues people have at your establishment.Maybe give your customers what they ordered and open your ears because you obviously have some kind of a hearing issue seeing from these reviews.

This girl had the audacity to block me on messenger after collecting my money without delivering my flowers. I stand to say from my experience, all this comments about her are true. She’s so unreliable and untrustworthy. I’ve had my experiences with sellers before, but Nancy you are by far the WORST. And trust me, this won’t end here. If you don’t refund my money, I will personally take you up. I don’t mind the time and money I’m going to spend on that, so long as I can stop you from doing this to other people. SCAMMER!!!!!

Ordered something from Nancy last night on May 9th,2020 for mothers day.. She nor her company delivered, she is ignoring my texts and messages.. We have an invoice and will be dealing with the company hopefully when everything opens up again. DON'T SHOP HERE unless you want your money taken and no flowrs. Zero out of 5 is what it deserves.

EDIT yet again another unprofessional snarky response. as someone who is currently looking for flowers, i’m looking around for businesses, and this is by far the most unprofessional one yet. The flowers are extremely expensive for horrible looking arrangements.the most unprofessional place ever. the owner constantly replying to negative reviews saying everyone is “lieing” is pathetic and super unprofessional. not how you run a business. Do not purchase from this seller!

Absolute worst experience ever. I ordered flowers for my sister’s graduation, and to be honest we were a bit in haste because it was a last minute thing. But the reason I decided to go on with it, was because the seller ( Nancy) told me they could deliver it on time. To my greatest frustration, after hours of calling and texting, she replied very late after everything was over, telling me she’s bringing the flower. Of course I refused to accept it and I asked for a refund. But it’s been 3 months now and they’ve refused to refund back my money. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Worst place to get flowers! The owner will rip you off & steal your money. Don't waste your time! I ordered a wedding bouquet from Nancy. I sent photos of what I wanted. She not only didn't make what I asked for but the stems were uneven & it was wrapped with twine. I've never been so disgusted by her lack of customer service skills. Not once I was advised, if she didn't produce what was asked for, I would loose my money. I have filed a police report and a formal complaint with londonderry mall! I hope no one else falls victim to her.
