Brian replaced the heating element in my oven a couple of weeks ago and did a great job. He is professional, knowledgeable and punctual.My only issue is that he mentioned he may not be servicing the island of Montreal in the near future and will work only the south shore. A loss for sure since he would otherwise be my go to appliance repair technician.

My front-load washing machine died in the middle of a load on a Saturday. I called Monday morning for an appointment, and they offered me an appointment for the next day at a time that was convenient. The technician called me 20 minutes beforehand to confirm the address and his arrival time, which I appreciated. He respected Covid protocol while he worked in my home, he quickly assessed the issue, and he had the replacement piece in his vehicle. His price for parts & labour was more than fair, there is a 3 month warranty on the work, and the technician was pleasant and easy to communicate with. I will definitely use this service again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Brian is the best, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He's been over 3-4 times and was always able to fix the problem. He's my go to guy every time I need something repaired

Brian, the technician was really helpful.He found the problem on my washing machine in only few minutes and instead of just changing the faulty piece, he proceeded to fix it there. Furthermore, he gave me some advices on how to efficiently load the machine and how to avoid problems with excess of soap.I was very satisfied with the service and recommend their services to anyone.

Fantastic people, exceptionally knowledgable and willing to help. I went there looking for a temperature probe they tested mine for me free and told me it wasn’t the probe. When talking to them and telling them about what codes were present they looked up and found that it was the main control board in my stove. They ordered it they sold it to me at a fair price. Explained the details of installing it so that I could do it myself and had it shipped directly to my house. I was able to install it within 20 minutes thanks to their help and their knowledge.
