Pharmasave Carlton Heights

We have been customers at this Pharmasave for 3years and have been so impressed by the friendly service, the advice from the pharmacist and the patient way they give advise with prescriptions. They seem knowledgeable and always courteous. We had been told by a friend when we were looking for a more family type pharmacy that she was satisfied with the whole staff so we tried it out. So much more personal than large chains . We really are happy to have made the decision.

Enrico and Shiva are awesome pharmacists they are very knowledgeable and help whenever they can. The rest of the staff is just as awesome as the pharmacists. Been going there for almost 20 years. By far the best pharmacy staff in the Niagara region. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff.

Only thing amazing about this place is its complete incompetence. Enrique apparently also doesn't understand how a family member could leave a bad review on behalf of their relatives? This is not a fake review, and the overall service has not gotten better.

I have been dealing with them for over 8 years now. Never a problem. They do their best to have my prescriptions ready in a prompt manner. I also get my kids prescriptions here. Maybe not everyone is friendly but they get the job done

My family and I have been using this pharmacy for 10+ years, we have had nothing but wonderful customer service both with the pharmacy and the retail store. Their Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions.

Love the service and the friendliness of the staff. They have some good sales every once in a while. I really appreciate that they are able to compound the medications for my 4 children and they are in a very convenient location. I do wish there was a way to order prescriptions like the Costco pharmacy how you call an operator and just punch in yhe code so I didn't have to bother the pharmacy team all the time.

I’ve always contended that having a good pharmacist is as important as having a good physician, and in Shiva and Enrico, you surely have two of the best in the Niagara region. Not only are they exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and abreast of current trends in pharmaceutical practice and research, they both take a genuine interest in your health and well-being. A sign in the pharmacy says, “I am your pharmacist and neighbour. Not always in that order.” And that’s the way you feel; every customer is treated with respect and personal care. And if you have a question or concern, they are there for you – even if it means an after-hours phone call. And the entire pharmacy staff reflects this philosophy – every employee is welcoming, affable and helpful. Altogether, a great pharmacy.

One of the pharmacy staff named Rose was very rude when speaking to me on the phone. She provided no help and simply had a rude tone when I needed something clarified. This service was terrible and I wouldn’t come back here!

Good pharmacy, staff is great but technology isn't perfect if you have a script sent there via fax you should always call the doctors office to confirm it was sent and always call the pharmacy to confirm its arrived. Other than that the pharmacist is great, the staff is great and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone very friendly atmosphere. And close to home if you live around there.

I have no complaints about this pharmacy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the fact that it is a small pharmacy and they know each of their patients.
