We recently had a not at fault claim with our insurance company and I was having problems getting my deductible back. I called my broker to ask if she could do anything to help and within one month I had received my deductible. My broker was very helpful, I would recommend her to anyone that ask. Thank you.

We have been a Rowat home and auto customer for years, and recently added an Electric Vehicle to our fleet. When shopping for quotes, Rowat offered a more comprehensive policy, for a more economical price. Coupled with their personal service and expert knowledge, we wouldn’t think of insuring elsewhere. Worst insurance broker ever. The broker gave me low quote so I cancelled my other policy and took there's but when the policy came back it was 500 more a year than my original insurance. Cancelled right away and they still charged me a cancellation fee and I hadn't even seen the policy yet. Don't buy insurance here!!

dealt with Noreen who was incredibly helpful in getting me insurance on my first car. She was quick and concise, followed up with no reminders and was upfront and honest and gave me quick informative answers. Obviously insurance is always generally going for the cheapest rate but if you go with these guys from my experience they're honest and will take care of you. Just read that fine print as you should :- )Thanks Noreen and Rowat - car's still running nice.

Been dealing with this team for years now. (Aylmer and Ottawa offices)They insure both my cars as well as my motorcycle. One vehicle is a classic (1963)-had no trouble insuring it through them either. All of their products are great, service has always been top notch. They have always been helpful and courteous, I recommend them to anyone.
