This is absolutely a scam company! Do not buy insurance from them. After 8 years of using them we had the misfortune to have an emergency and leave our appartment. They misinformed us on what to do, they had our claim on hold and we had to make several calls to make them start working on it. I have no words on Mr Martins attitude. He was arrogant and he told us to go sleep on the couch of a friend with our toddler so as not to create expenses. Worse of all is that the have a 2000 dollar deductible on a 3000 dollar claim. Avoid at all costs!!!

Liam was great. He gave me a friendly, non-pushy reminder call that my insurance was coming due and that i could renew over the phone. Great option! When i contacted him he was very pleasant and professional and gave me some options that were available while renewing, which i appreciated. As my office is very close to the branch i walked over to sign and pick up my docs etc. and everything was ready and the process was finished in a very few minutes.

I first went to another Autoplan dealer in hope of solving what turned out to be a fairly complicated insurance renewal situation. They told me it would be a complicated procedure involving various government agencies and what not. Luckily I ended up at the WCIS office on West Georgia and was assisted by Liam, who was tremendously helpful and professional and managed to get the insurance renewed for me. 5 stars for excellent service!

From leaving voicemail and phone call follow-ups, he made sure customers like me are taken care of. He knows what he’s doing and very knowledgeable when I do have questions.
