We were having an issue with our low pitch roof not draining water properly with all the heavy rain this year and with no time to investigate or solve the problem I was referred to Spencer and Backwoods Solutions. We made an appointment for them to come and take a look to offer a solution but it turned out the problem was some blockage and cleaning that they were able to solve quickly. Spencer and Dean went straight into action and fixed the small problem right then and there when I was only expecting them to come by to quote and offer solutions. They were courteous to my wife who was home for the booking and left with the job done right! I would absolutely recommend this company for their professionalism on the phone, punctuality for the appointment and eagerness to get jobs done.
