I absolutely love the work Cheryl does! I wouldn't go any where else to get my framing done. She has a terrific eye for colours and what works with the item.

Poor customer service!!! Did not deliver on time on my order instead chose to work on a rush order instead.I cancelled the order and said I’d come and get the items I supplied. Then she claimed she started the work already and said that she was going to complete the order despite my SPECIFIC instructions not to.A couple of weeks later I requested the items back. She refused, threatening to take me to collections, then banned me from entering her store. After I said I would file a complaint, she blocked my number and she said she’s returning the items to the person I was having the work done for, going behind my back. This is was not her place to do so and completely unprofessional. It was only to force someone to pay for work she choose to do on her own.Also Cheryl Chaney is the store of the store. She should not have a review of her store as it's obvious a conflict of interest.I certainly will not recommend her to the extended sporting community that I am part of.

This is the first time I use PIcture This Framing and I am sold! Cheryl is a true professional. Her advice and work is excellent and she will not let something out of her shop until it is the best it can be ( no matter what condition it is in when she gets it!). She takes pride in workmanship and is friendly, knowledgeable and generous. Her prices are competitive. I will not hesitate to bring all my framing projects to her.

I recently had Cheryl frame my wife's late-Grandfather's professional soccer jersey. When I arrived with it, I had no idea how I wanted it displayed, or how best to memorialize him. She instantly had numerous suggestions on how to ensure the jersey and his photo were properly displayed. When I picked it up, I was beyond happy with the finished product - and my wife was over the moon! Thank you, Cheryl! If the need arises, I will certainly give you my business again!

Showed up today shortly after opening to have two pieces framed to find the door still locked. I shrugged it off as I understand we all have our mornings and running a local business isn't easy. I decided to take a walk down the way and check out some of the other businesses in the plaza while I waited for Picture This to open. Upon returning to my vehicle the owner had arrived and without a good morning or any other greeting immediately told me I couldn't park within her lot if I wasn't a customer of her specific business. I mentioned that I WAS actually a customer but that the shop wasn't open yet.She of course welcomed me in after that but after the interaction I was much more inclined to move my car two spaces and take my business down the road where the service was much more welcoming.Unfortunately they chose to care more about their empty parking lot spaces than potential paying customers.

The owner of this shop is so friendly and professional and very willing to take the time needed to match what you want with what you can afford. The cross stitch I brought in was stretched and framed beautifully and was just what I was hoping for. Will always go here first for whatever framing I need. It was also done in a reasonable time frame.

Cheryl did such an AWESOME job with both projects I gave her, excited for her to do the third one I have. Highly recommended. Thanks Cheryl!
