I ordered something in mid Nov and I still have not received the product as of February 7. Nothing complicated, just a hoodie with my name embroidered on the shoulder. I didn’t get an update from them until I e-mailed late January. Their customer service was also very vague with me. At first they told me it would be “done next week”. More than two and a half weeks have passed and I heard nothing from them. I e-mailed them again and they told me they would “ship it to my school.” So...where do I pick it up? My University is huge.
