Shopping for a house from several provinces away during a pandemic is a terrifying prospect, and Susan was the perfect realtor to guide us through this process. Her knowledge of the South Shore market was indispensable and she was the epitome of positivity and professionalism in the several virtual viewings she took us on. Despite the fact that we were searching daily online, Susan found the house that we overlooked...and ended up buying. From the first email through the sale, working with Susan Diamond has been a delight. I live in the UK, and Susan just managed the whole process. She inspected and photographed the property, she put together a comprehensive list of comparable sales, she recommended the list price, she obtained a full list in a well handled 2 party bid process, and then recommended a great lawyer.
