My tech Peter was very professional, I had the pleasure of watching him work very organized also a nice person. I would recommend however my only criticism is the cost which may be in line with industry standards, other than that I will use them again.

Customer service has taken a nose dive since I last dealt with Mr. Rooter.I know their quote is higher than other places but I would usually recommend them as they are good. But after the attitude I got, they’ll not be my first choice moving forward.

The plumber was very professional and courteous and fixed my clogged drain. He was also kind enough to look at one of my toilets which was filling way too slow and gave me advice on how to fix it.

My technician Robert Cassels was very professional and courteous during his visit. He explained all the repairs required thoroughly to me and gave me confidence in his understanding of what was needed and why.If I have another plumbing issue in my home, requesting Robert will be my first call.

Called regarding our blocked kitchen sink drain, which was causing leaking in the basement. The technician Wondy was amazing, he was friendly and knowledgeable, he worked diligently to clear the blockage. This was our first time needing this type of service, and I would recommend Wondy and the company any time.

Called to have our septic lines inspected with a camera. They actually picked up the phone when we called. Set up an appointment the same day and we had a technician on-site before the time window. Great service!
