Low on staff. Inevitably causing slow service. And many times i get a full sip of coffee grounds in my coffee... Like 3/5 coffees are with grounds in them....

Nice service is fast good especially in farnham they have an a&m iStore included so lemon bread is delucious and you have duo service with the restaurant

Friendly cashier, coffee was fresh as was my birthday donut. Love the ambiance in this particular Tim's with the fireplace in the sitting area.

Young, inexperienced staff with no supervision. Have had wrong order given multiple times when going through drivethrough. Only two Tim Hortons in cowansville and both need serious work and better supervision .

The waitress was so happy that the client decided to leave after waiting 15 minutes. She didn't have to do the cappuccino.

Ordered steak and cheese panini. They had no onions. Then ordered a dozen donuts to go. She dropped one on the floor and put it in box. Asked for salt for poatoes. She gave me one package for two orders. The girls are not friendly and don't seem to even like each other.
