Had a great experience with Budget Blinds! We had 10+ windows done and everything looks great! Everything arrived in a timely manner and install was quick. Peter and Matt provide good knowledge and insight into the design and care of all window treatments. Would definitely recommend!

Peter and Jazmine provided a very prompt service after a large top down/bottom up blind became stuck, 2 yrs after installation. They had the blind cord repaired in Toronto and now it actually works better than before the repair. They were very responsive to my questions and I would highly recommend Budget Blinds in Nepean.

We moved in to a brand new bungalow and had shutters made for all of our windows. They are BEAUTIFUL, and the price was less than other companies that we had looked at. Shelley was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt secure in the choices she helped me make. There was an error made by the manufacturer on the master bedroom window, but Shelley addressed it immediately, and a new shutter was made.The installation was seamless. We hired Budget Blinds to come and give us a quote for blinds. Peter was quite knowledgeable and pleasant and provided us a quote the next day. Delivery took roughly 4-5 weeks and Matt the installer took care of the rest and completed the installation in 1:30. The solar shades are amazing and I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone.

This was my first experience with Budget Blinds and from the initial meeting to the final installment, the customer service has been excellent.One of the owners, Peter walked me through the first steps patiently and set timelines that were adhered to - even during a pandemic!Matt came and installed our blinds and was also very efficient and patient. A valance order had to be replaced and Matt took care of all of this.I highly recommend this small business to anyone who is considering upgrading your window treatments. Thank you!
