The level of service I received from Dr Tanya Polonenko was amazing. Dr Tanya Polonenko and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my appointment. They made me feel confident that i called the right optometrist to help with the redness in my eye. There prices are fair and really like the glasses they helped me pick out. Thank you very much.

Where do I even start? Dr. Polonenko is simply the best and I hands down recommend her to anyone in need of vision therapy. We have had a hard and very long road but Dr. P's kindness, compassion and expertise keeps us striving for more and more gains. Kudos to a truly one-of-a-kind clinician. Eye therapy is very hard work that takes time and sincere dedication....but it works.

Beautiful clinic with helpful + friendly staff! Dr. Polonenko is a fantastic optometrist; she did a thorough eye exam and really took the time to address my questions and concerns. I learned a lot about my vision and found a great new pair of glasses!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Polenenko and her team. My daughter needed an urgent eye appointment during a winter storm, and Dr. Polenenko was able to squeeze her in within a few hours. My daughter, who hates appointments, had four plastic specs lodged in her left eye, and Dr. Polenenko was able to remove them with ease and comforted her during the process. Dr. Polenenko was incredibly accommodating to my daughter's needs, and her expertise and professionalism were evident. I highly recommend Dr. Polenenko for anyone in need of eye care services. I took my toddler (who also has autism) here for his first eye exam and it went so much better than expected. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and Dr. Polonenko was amazing with my son. He doesn't always respond well to people he doesn't know and she had him talking in minutes. If you are looking for a kid friendly eye doctor, I highly recommend them!

Dr. Polonenko is the whole package: professional, highly skilled, and kind. She has a very patient-centered approach and takes the time to explain things and answer your questions. She is also very helpful in picking out frames and will recommend what works best for your face shape. I would highly recommend her clinic.

Absolutely hands down the best place in town. Firstly, the staff are all incredible. They are super friendly, always greeting clients with smiles, and always there to answer all questions.Dr. Polonenko is fantastic. She is so patient, helpful, listens carefully, and is always so pleasant, even when it's after 7pm on a Wednesday night. Mylene is super nice and very easy to deal with. She is so helpful, and is always very friendly.Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

I absolutely love this optometry clinic!! it appeared to be an all women team and I felt very comfortable and supported throughout my visit. it was my first eye exam ever and I genuinely had a blast and all of the staff were so fun, polite, helpful and not judgmental of my lack of eye knowledge!! the office is also beautifully decorated with paintings and beautiful colours. I am genuinely excited for my next visit!!!! Thank you Vision Sense!!! <3 I'm looking forward to getting my glasses from you!

I had one of the most detailed eye exams ever! I was told by many eye doctors that my eye's condition is complicated and I should just live with it. But meeting Dr. Polonenko changed my perception. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and spent time explaining to me how my eyes work and what we can do to treat my condition. Their vision therapy facility is impressive, I can't wait to start my vision therapy with them.Also the staff was very nice, Lea welcomed me with a nice smile and started the tests and I didn't have to wait, the place is very neat and organized and they have a beautiful collection of frames.

Dr. Tanya Polonenko is the best. She was so professional with all clients no matters the age. I had a check for myself and my 4-year-old son. Her examination is so in detail. And my son got so much fun. The clinic has competent and friendly personnel, an individual approach to each customer and a high level of professionalism. Highly recommend that place.
