Extremely satisfied. Very kind, took time to explain, squeezed in an appointment when my brakes failed, even though they were busy. Honest about the repairs and costs involved, even gave me a lift home when the repairs couldn’t be completed in one afternoon.

took my truck in for alignment . Shortly after leaving the shop I noticed something loose in the front end. One of the cam bolts was loose.i contacted Glen and he got me back in and fixed it up. But when my truck was put up on the lift the top of my truck roof was dented on the beam on the ceiling of the shop.After showing the damage to Glen he denied that it happened there and refused to fix any more damage saying that he was more than fair "for not charging for re aligning my truck.I do not recommend this business"

They saved our whole vacation! Half way through our 4 week camping trip our Ford F-150 suddenly needed immediately front end attention. We were so grateful that they were able to take us in on very short notice and get us up and running again the same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable people!

I contacted Bridgewater Auto and spoke to Glen after I notice a pronounced thumping sound coming from the back end of my car. He was very accommodating with an appointment and took it for a drive to assess things and did a thorough check back at the shop. It turned out to be an issue with the sway bar. I appreciated him discussing very aspect of things with me. Very thankful to Glen and the team for the great, prompt and thorough service.
