Alpha Carpet & Duct Cleaning

This was my first experience getting the ducts/furnace/dryer vents cleaned. Jay and Ali, two amazing and pleasant fellows, let me know when they'd be arriving and then they walked through the house with me and explained what they would be doing. When the dryer was pulled out, I spotted a broken lightbulb behind and tried to clean it up but Jay stopped me and said it was part of their job! They did a most marvelous job and were great to work with throughout the process. Every heating and intake vent was clean. The furnace electronic filters and furnace were very clean. Jay had taken pictures throughout and I got to see the before/after. What a difference - really great work! My granddaughter loved the marshmallows" that popped out of the truck when the suction was being used and that they folded neatly back into the top of the truck when finished. I was delighted with the cleaning of my bedroom carpet. They did such a great job that my carpet still looks as though it’s just been cleaned. The price was great, and no detail was spared. Someone also found a long lost ring in the walk-in closet and left it by my jewellery box. Will definitely use this company again.

Great service. Very professional and effecient. We had them clean the furnace vents and dryer vent. They have a truck with a vaccum like system on it; much better then the portable system some other companies use to clean ducts/vents.We'd highly recommend them and will use them annually.
